Delivery* Park on the street walk in to check in. If they're not busy you'll be out early like FCFS. Once you're called, pull to dock, don't remove seal. They will call you to pick up your bills. Overnight parking allowed on the street.

Easy and effortless! Friendly and helpful staff with great personalities! When assigned a dock, back in but don't open your doors until the dock workers actually come out and break your seal. Other than that, park on the street and walk up to driver check-in located next to dock #1. In and out in 45 minutes to an hour (unload)

Everything went pretty smooth. But the lady behind the plexiglass is extremely rude and transactional. She isn't going to tell you anything, so make sure you read that paper that you fill out about not opening doors and backing into dock. Seriously, someone that rude, needs to be loading the trucks and hidden from the public. Get someone up there that is at least half way decent in communication and polite.

This is one of the worst place on this area. I have an appointment for 9am and two hours later I still waiting for the supervisor to come to inspect the trailer. Why they make appointment. If they can keep it?

I had a 4: 00 appointment, got there at 1: 30, I was leaving at 2: 30. Great people to work with.

You have to park on the street. Then check in. There are no inscriptions about this. You will go in and they will tell you to re-park the truck.

Quick loading for a frozen load, but there may be some wait time for a door to become available. Once the guy started loading me, he was done in under 30 min.

When you check in, you’ll be told to park in the streets where there’s plenty of parking. When you exit this place, there are signs that you must turn left. This helps with the flow of trucks going in and out. Once they have a door ready for you, you’ll get a call, and you’ll be told to park in the front of your dock with your trailer doors closed. When the loader is ready to load you, he’ll let you know to open your doors and back in.

Illogically loaded, a rollover waiting to happen. This load is grossly overweight by at least 3000 lb top heavy. It coming out of California headed to Florida. The sickness of it all the loaders, supervisor, and inspection team openly admitted it was illigal and unsafe. CANCELED LOAD.

Plenty of curbside parking just outside the facility, I had a peaceful night parking there, no bums or lotlizards in the area that night.

Broker Lied to me about my appointment. They made me wait in street. From my real appointment time if only took one hour to unload and be out. They pretty much have it all together l.

Everyone was nice and professional. Can be tough to dock bit it's not their fault.old building. Arco about. 6 miles walk if you need smokes while I wait.

Well what is there to say? Easy in easy out. Great location and you know what they say, location location location. The staff here is so friendly they make you feel like family. So bring your truck but leave the attitude somewhere else. And please remember to wipe your feet cause you know the golden rule. Your mom isn't here to clean up after you. But seriously great place and great people.

They overloaded my drive wheels by 500 lbs. Of course I adjusted to compensate but could carry less fuel along the trip.
