Caregiver didn't show up. And the person on the phone told me that I needed to calm down and not be upset because things happen. No phone call, no follow up. And when I asked for her name she told me she didn't want to talk to me and hung up. DO NOT DO IT

Don't do it. I should have screened applicants from a "help wanted" ad on my own. They sent two different Unvaccinated caregivers. They charged me for two people one day so they could train a newbie on our dime. They cancelled several times and changed schedules, It was a baffling experience. RUN

The staff has always been friendly and reliable. They care about their clients and they are available for any questions at any time. I will recommend them to everyone that I know that needs similar care.

Sheesh I was interested in this company but their defensive and accusatory response to an upset customer totally turned me off. I would think they would have professionally taken that offline. Seems to me their unprofessional angry response is a telltale sign of their service. No thanks

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Cindy called me to schedule day/time of service. She never asked about the specific services needed or my dad's condition (red flag). I asked if she would like me to divulge those specifics, and after a yes, told her my dad had a stroke about 10 years ago and is paralyzed on his total right side. He needs help with lifting him in and out of his bed/wheelchair, personal hygiene, diaper changes, feeding, light physical therapy, and light household chores. She did explain that the company doesn't provide physical therapy, which I suspected and am fine with. An assigned caregiver came out last Monday, but said she did not realize my dad was paralyzed, and cannot provide the extensive help he needs due to her pregnancy. After my mom relayed that information to me, I called the company and spoke with the OWNER, NITA, who told me her company does not provide any heavy lifting. I complained to her that I was not informed of that during my initial phone conversation, and that the caregiver still was unable to continue her assignment because she was unaware of my dad's condition. It was a total waste of my time as well as the caregiver's. The owner got defensive and hung up on me! I called back to ask what happened and she replied "we were disconnected" (Yeah, right!). I continued my complaints and NITA HUNG UP ON ME A SECOND TIME! (I guess we got disconnected again) As a company providing services for people in need, they really lack empathy, understanding, and customer service. They also lack good communication skills, failing to give me the correct information, as well as informing caregivers of the customers condition. Just think twice before investing your hard earned money to Innovative Healthcare!

Our experience with innovative healthcare over the last few years has been excellent. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Would give 10 stars
