DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! My wife and I hired In Innovative Solar to move and upgrade our panel and instal a car charger among other things. Alejandro came for the estimate and did a great job and communicated everything well. Was also on time. So we went with them for our project. They collected 10% to pull permits and get SDG&E on board. Then they got the date wrong. So they were supposed to come out the next day. Ok, whatever. The next morning SDG&E was there to move the cable and told me the box should’ve already been installed. After sever calls I finally got in touch with Sophia. She said they’d try to come install the box later. That means we have to wait another TWO MONTHS for SDG&E to come out AGAIN. They never showed that day and have been ghosting me ever since. Weeks of phone messages have not been returned. Now I have to get me $1,000 back.
