It was a first visit to this Vision Center.
It took a while to get into the schedule but finally happened. The front office was very smooth and helpful to get set up. Pleasant first day of tests and Dr consultation. Dr was helpful with concerns I had. The selection of new frames was as you may expect and the pricing with insurance takes more time. I was ask to set aside 45 minutes but I think it takes much longer. The pricing with insurance and credits was above what I was accustom to in the Bay Area but all else was well managed. I will give it a trial run for the additional few hundred dollarsfor two sets of glasses.

In Summary I would recommend if you have a few extra dollars and a few extra minutes on the first visit. ****

I had a very enjoyable visit to the ophthalmologist at insight care. Everyone on his team is very skilled and courteous. I highly recommend this office, whether it’s to have an eye exam or purchase a new pair of glasses.

I'm a new patient. I used to drive to the PAMF clinic in Santa Cruz, but this is so much easier, plus it's in a shopping center where I can do grocery shopping, etc.at the same time. Unlike at grossly overloaded PAMF, I got a scheduled appointment in days rather than months.

The last time I went to PAMF, they did the legacy standard eye exam with pupil dilation, which is so inconvenient. Insight uses new state-of-the-art advanced equipment that eliminates the crude pupil dilation step. As well, the examination was more nuanced and detailed than the legacy approach.

The place is well organized and pleasant. Dr. Singh was great and is highly qualified according to his background description. I'll be getting an annual eye exam at Insight from now on and can highly recommend this business.

Dr. Singh is thoughtful, patient, and thorough. He is willing to work with you to get the prescription right for your needs and explains why he is making particular adjustments and considers your input. Jasmine took her time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and she explained all charges and insurance she was great.
