We recently hired Inspired Closets to design and install a new closet, garage and laundry room cabinets in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. The designer Jessica was extremely professional and took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences. She presented us with a detailed set of designs that not only looked great but also maximized the space in my closet with a luxury flair. The installation team spearheaded by Raphy was prompt, courteous, and did an amazing job bringing the design to life. The final product exceeded our expectations and we now have a beautiful and functional luxurious closet and garage that we are proud to show off. Joan and Franko installed a full set of drawers and upper cabinets in our master bedroom. Their work was excellent with minimal mess and a truly great looking finished product. They communicated through and were done faster than expected. Definitely recommend them without reservation.

Loved the finish product of my closet & garage storage design by Eshan at Inspired Closets. After the install, We decided we wanted extra shelving in both. Scott came to do the update and had the perfect solution and a great disposition! The company had sent him with the wrong size and color shelving for the closet and he was apologizing for the mistake. His suggestion was to use them in the meantime and he would put the change order in and then just switch them out when the correct ones were ready. Brilliant! Thanks Scott

We decided to go with Inspired Closets after we looked at numerous websites. The sales rep came by and spent about 3 hours going over everything with us in regards to our flooring selection and cabinets for our garage. He was very professional and we signed the contract and paid half of the cost as a deposit. He told us that he would throw in a lot of accessories for the boards being installed also. Alas, he ended up quitting the company a few days later, the company provided a new representative to be our new point of contact. That’s when the issues started, this person was not engaged in our project from the day they were put in charge of our job. I know our job at $15,000 is probably very small for them and I was definitely made to feel like I was a nuisance and that they were doing me a favor. I would suggest looking at a myriad of companies that specialize in small jobs where they are more involved with whatever project you have. I feel that I would of been treated better with our initial sales rep, but I guess he found greener pastures.

I have to say that I had an A+ experience in all aspects. Working with Desiree was an absolute pleasure. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us with our decisions for custom closets based on our needs. We did 2 Walk in closets (his and hers), a large reach in closet for our 2 young daughters to share and then a separate extra tall shoe cabinet. She was very patient & accommodating to updating the designs as we learned more about the process and ultimately what our needs are for a purposeful closet. Desiree is really the type of person who checks her work and makes sure the experience is perfect providing us with 3d renderings for every update. Communication was GREAT - I can't stress how important that is to me. Additionally, the installers were hard workers, very polite and wore masks the whole time. They really came in and got the job done right. I would definitely do another project in the future with Desiree at Inspired Closets. It feels so good to have an organized and functional closet. Game changer! It was installed on my birthday and what an awesome bday gift to myself:)

Desiree from Inspired Closets did an amazing job putting incredible touches on a brand new super modern home my wife and I built. I would never use anyone or company again after seeing all she went through to make our job absolutely perfect.

First of all, I'm very particular, and wanted closets done in a very certain way:
* I wanted an outlet inside the closet
** they cut out a hole and installed an outlet that my contractor prepared for them
* I wanted a light in the closet
** Again, they built a little access panel to tap into some wiring my contractor had prepared
* Lastly, I wanted VERY SPECIFIC handles, that I only had a picture of, and couldn't find them anywhere online
** Desiree not only found the handles, but confirmed that they would work with the closet doors, and even though her company didn't carry them, she found them elsewhere for me. She STILL had her company install them even though they weren't bought through her company

Next, she had promised me perfection, and little things popped up that were less than perfect. As anyone knows, during construction "things" always happen that go wrong, or just in general are not ideal.

For one of our closets, the installer had made an error that was non-trivial, but technically could have been passed as "complete". She didn't take less than perfect and had someone else come out. That other person was David. David was ALSO SUPER AMAZING. I recommend trying to get him to install your cabinets if you can. He didn't correct the error in any sort of "patchwork" way. He completely moved the closet and fixed it and did it the right way. It ended up taking all day, but it was done RIGHT, and I'm soooo happy with all of the closets I now have. They are PERFECT. Literally perfect, in every sense of the word.

Closets that I had them do include:
• Bathroom
• Pantry
• Coat Closet
• 2x bedrooms

I had my Master Bedroom done by somebody before I found and met Desiree, and I'm tempted to have her completely redo it. It's the OPPOSITE of perfection, and I wish I had just met her before I got that done.

Next up I'm going to be building storage in my garage, and she's going to be the first person I call once I'm ready for that project. Hopefully I can get David to install it!

Finally, one last thing about Desiree; there are so many "modules", and "components" for closets these days, I have no idea what works, or doesn't work for any particular space, do I want hanging, or shelves? Questions like that. Most of these designers are really just salespeople masked as a designer. Although I don't know Desiree's background or education in design work, after having had the closets designed, delivered, and installed, the design that Desiree did for us is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change anything.

For example one thing that was important to me was a place near the front door to store a backpack. I wanted a hook originally, but that would have taken space from hanging clothes, so she suggested cubby holes big enough to store backpacks there. It's great, I love it, my wife loves it. Wouldn't change it.

TLDR; Get Desiree & David from Inspired Closets to do your storage. You will not regret it.
