I have been working with Julie Anne Caringal at Instaboost Media on internet marketing and our website for about six months. Ms. Caringal and Instaboost have been excellent to work with. I have spent many thousands of dollars over the years trying to find someone who could help with website design and internet marketing, and in my experience most companies are eager to take your money but fall down when it comes to customer service and follow through. In contrast, Ms. Caringal answers her phone, or if she's busy she returns calls in a prompt manner. She has been very responsive and has diligently followed through to accomplish what we were trying to do.

By far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Suegene is very knowledgeable and I love her communication. She updated me constantly and replies to all my messages in a timely manner. As a business owner myself I completely understand how important it is to keep a customer updated and have constant communication with them. She answered all my questions and explained in detail what we hope to accomplish while working together. She is very professional and would highly recommend her!

Instaboost Media is the worst! Don't fall for the scam! They continued to charge my cc long after I cancelled. Lucky I caught it! I had to have my bank block them after 3 requests to cancel and 2 to quit charging me after I was out of the 6-month contract in July 2020.

I had Asked them to take my banking info off my old companies account and THEY STILL CHARGED ME. I cant Get through to anyone and will end up taking them to small claims. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
