We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kathleen Carson and her team! My 14-year-old daughter now has a beautiful smile, and she's absolutely thrilled with it, thanks to the clear aligners. The team was super friendly and professional. We never had any doubts about choosing them, and we'd totally recommend them!

Dr. Carson is great-I could go on and on about how wonderful she is. Always a pleasure working with her and she takes great strides to make sure her patients are comfortable. I spent almost two years with her office.

However, her staff has left much to be desired. Was left feeling completely disrespected and Maria, the woman on the phone, told me she "just doesn't see it", while talking over me and telling me I was being "too emotional". When I told her she herself was making me feel disrespected, Maria said she "can't control how others feel", and continued trying to talk over me.

I'm stunned. I've never had such an awful experience with a healthcare provider, and that is saying a lot. I hope Dr. Carson finds team that better suits her-she's truly amazing, and doesn't deserve to have her business undercut by a clearly dissatisfied and mean-hearted person like Maria.

Integrative Dental Arts is everything a patient could want in a dentistry office! Dr. Carson goes above and beyond to make her clients feel understood, safe, comfortable, and included in their care plan. She truly takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their concerns and goals - from general dentistry to more specialized concerns such as TMD - and makes herself available to address any questions or concerns between appointments as needed. Their staff is welcoming, caring, and extremely reliable with communication, and always does their best to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs and financial situations. HIGHLY recommend.

My first time walking in after not seeing a dentist in years, my heart was racing, cheeks were beet red, heart rate was through the roof because that is my body’s fun way of responding to dental appointments. After just a couple of appointments with these amazing ladies, I walk in like I am just going to a friend’s house which is a level of comfortability for me that is truly unsurpassed when it comes dentistry. Kirsten is just the sweetest hygienist you will ever meet and really made this the most amazing and comfortable experience. Dr. Carson is such a gem and you just know you are in good hands the second she enters the room. Happy to have found “my place”)

Best experience I have ever had at a dental office! Dr. Carson gave me clear options for treatment that made me feel like I was part of the decision. Her and her assistant, Roxy, were professional, compassionate, and efficient. I was out quickly and felt no pain. They truly are the best!

Dr. Carson is a wonderful and highly informed Doctor. I had TMJ and now I don’t. She fixed it. It took some time, but it was well worth it. She educated me on other health issues attached to my diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, aka joint hypermobility, as well as my sleep disorder and breathing issues. She helped me find solutions to these, and I am healthier and in much less pain than before I sought her out. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
