This is a nice clean easy place to go to that doesn't warrant an ER visit.
Very comparable copay. Easy check in through QR code
Nice and friendly staff.
Easy parking all around there.
I'd certainly recommend this Urgent Care

This clinic closes at 8 pm, but if you call their number the automated information tells you that they accept walk-ins up to 45 minutes prior to the time that they close. I rushed over and made it through the door in time only to be rejected by the woman at the counter who seemed to have arbitrarily changed their policy.

When I got back home my wife called them to figure out what the discrepancy of information was about and how it wastes people's time, gas, and opportunity to go elsewhere, and they never apologized, only defending themselves somehow for being at fault.

We have a low tolerance for unaccountability so here is my one star review, as promised. Enjoy.

We ask for an X-Ray, they said OK, once there they told us they can't Take X-Rays (just 1 hour after we asked), so No x-Rays, they prescribe Tylenol regular (we have lots in the house and we do not need prescription for that) and charge $120 x2 (I had to take my 2 kids). I ask if it was a mistake, since they did do NOTHING, and NO they came with BS explanation that they didn't know they couldn't make X-Rays! But they Charge us! Like if they did! Terrible Dr and Staff! Stay out of this money grabbers!

I tried to take my newborn in because he was crying inconsolably and felt really warm. I was immediately turned away by the front desk, saying he was “too young to be seen” by the doctor. Apparently the health of newborns is too much of a liability to them.

Ive been here 3x. Today was a Saturday visit, check in was quick and I was seen within 10 minutes. Got what I needed and medication pick up was next door at CVS within 15 minutes. Dr. Brown was very kind and helpful along with the staff.

This facility is always super clean. Their staff is awesome and very friendly. Dr. Tizon always gives the best advice and is very personable. He really does act in the best interest of his patients.

Highly recommend this doctor and urgent care office. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Go here if you want to be misdiagnosed then be billed extra $$ a few days after your visit if you paid cash. Paid $110 for my visit because they didn’t accept my insurance then I was billed an extra $74. Why not just give me the true price up front? Smh.

This urgent care is amazing! Super fast and staff are very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was probably the fastest service I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care. We were back home in less than 40 min. Great and fast service from this team.

Staff is very caring, they do their best to put my kids at ease. Very efficient as well, in and out in a timely manner.

NP misdiagnosed my son. Saying his red teary eyes were not caused by pink eye, but instead allergies. Even after I told him I suspected Pink eye when making the appointment. He was very dismissive. 3 days later my husband caught it. Something so simple, and the NP missed it. He should truly listen to parents and patients to improve his bedside manner. Makes you wonder.

Quick and efficient care! Best experience at an urgent care facility. If needed, I will definitely return.
