Amazing! Just amazing! Price incredibly good. First day: seven workers show up at 8 AM and done by 3 PM with the re-pipe. One worker dedicated to just keeping everything clean. Everyone wearing masks and not taking them off during covid. The next day: 6 workers show up to cover holes interior and exterior walls. Beautiful work! I think my walls in the bathroom are better than before the re pipe. Exterior had some delays but this was the city inspector fault not Integrity. Lost a few plants to exterior trample, but, that is to be expected. Office personnel and billing also top notch. Highly recommended!

Integrity Repipe performed a great job at my house. The re-pipe was done in a timely manner. Joe L.came to my house and provided the estimate. His team was very professional, responsive and punctual. I contacted them for their good reviews, they canceled an appointment for an estimate and they had no interest in re-arranging another appointment.

We had our home repiped by Integrity Repipe in April. Ken was the sales rep that came out to our home, and he was very through in explaining the pros and cons of the different kinds of pex piping and answering any questions we had. The repiping went smoothly, but a bit of damage was done to our baseboards in the process (chunks of our baseboards were chipped off in two places). I contacted them a couple times and they promised to repair the damage, but never did so. Happy with the repipe so far as I can tell, but a little disappointed by the carelessness that led to the damage in the first place and the lack of follow-through afterwards.

After multiple quotes, including copper and epoxy lining, went with Integrity Repipe. I am very happy with the decision. We had the whole house repiped with PEX. I had some minor issues with the recirculating pump and one shower valve following the install. Carlos responded very quickly and addressed both issues at no charge. He was polite, thorough and very professional. 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend Integrity Repipe.

Integrity did a fantastic job repiping my home. I was impressed with how professional their crews were. Whether it was helping move stuff to prep for the job, doing the actual plumbing work, or doing the final drywall repair, everyone was detail-oriented and took great care to make sure the end job turned out well. Best of all, they did everything they said they were going to do and in the timeframe they said they would do it, hard to beat that. I would definitely recommend them.

I have done a lot of remodeling over the past 5 months and dealt with several different contractors during that time. I am pleased to give my highest recommendation to Integrity Repipe for their professionalism, quality of their work, their superior customer service and the straightforward, no nonsense approach of their owner, Joe Ludlow. They showed up on time, fully equipped to do the job, worked steadily thru the day and repiped with Pex our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in about 9 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left my 45 year old home thoroughly repiped thruout. They were far cheaper than ALL the other plumbers I received estimates from. This Ludlow guy is a straight shooter and is deservedly proud of the company that he and his people have built. I recomend Integrity Repipe without reservation. Save time. Call Joe Ludlow first.

We looked at several vendors to re-pipe our house, but ultimately chose Integrity because A) they specialize in just re-piping, not as a side business to plumbing, B) Joe had done his homework about various Pex pipes, and unlike all other vendors, went with Zurn Per B as opposed to Pex A. Our own research confirmed his findings as well, and C) they were very competitive with their pricing. We were happy with the result. Work was done promptly, and they even came back after the job finished to help re-install our dryer. Their drywall personal stayed very late to get the job done, even working out the rain to patch up the external holes. I would highly recommend Joe, Brian, Heather and the team.

I had joe coming to property to give an estimate for repiping. He came over and spent a few minutes touring the house and at conclusion refused to provide an estimate. Stating his office will email me an estimate same day.
Few days past and got no response. Called him a few times left messages he did not return my calls.
Finally was able to talk to him, he stated he Can’t recipe the house becaus$* (&ghhg&*&$.
Very unreliable and seemed sneaky and untrustworthy. As though he is feeling his customers and looking for naive customers to fool. Not a good feeling about this guy. Defeinatly do not recommend him to anyone.
