Once Humberto received our money he became EXTREMELY hard to reach. Sometimes taking weeks to return calls or texts. If you want good, prompt communication I suggest looking elsewhere.

We paid to dissolve two corporations about two years ago. He only dissolved one. We continue to get bills from IRS while Humberto continues to say he doesn’t know why the corp didn’t dissolve like we paid him to do. If you’re looking for someone highly competent I suggest looking elsewhere.

We paid him to open a corporation and he did it but we never received any physical articles of incorporation or binder with stamp like we have for other corporations. Just texts with tax ID and emails from Humberto. If you want physical articles of incorporation and corporate binder and stamp in your possession I suggest looking elsewhere.

We paid for multiple years of tax returns and he completed them and instead of getting a physical binder for each year he sends emails. If you’re looking for someone to take the time to put your taxes in a binder for each year you filed like most cpa do I suggest looking elsewhere.

Soon we will be sending Humberto our final requests to Humberto via Certafied mail. Maybe the. We can get what we’ve paid for. If not we will be cutting our losses and moving on to the CPA my brother uses whom provides much better communication and comprehensive service.

When we decided to work with Humberto he had all five start reviews. Within the last year or two he’s received several one star reviews and I understand why. Definitely did not get the service we were hoping for from Integrity taxes.

So I have had tax issues haunting me for years …looking back because of CPA’s and tax preparers like this guy … Humberto said he could fix my tax issues file my tax returns and negotiate a deal
With the irs to fix my issues … so he said he would charge me $1500 …750 upfront and $ 750 upon completion so he pulls my transcripts actually I do and email them to him … he then after several weeks says he has completed them …. Surprised I go down to his office which isn’t a office but a meeting place and he has the filings he charges me the 750 of the balance left and hands me the packages I tell will he be so kind on mailing them he said he would … do he charges me $100 more to mail them all out … so I start looking over the filings and they have no details on my kids I have not received a single tax credit or stimulus check for decades … I ask him to fix it and fast forward we are in august I met him in January and my problem is still not solved he didn’t file my taxes …didn’t include my children and don’t respond to text or phone calls

Do not go here for any advice. I reached out to Araceli for services she offered and after taking my tax and check stubs she lied on an application. She lied in my income. DO Not go here!

Homberto took all of my tax information and NEVER filed! I paid him $995! He won’t return calls or texts and won’t return my money even though he never did his job. Do not trust him. Now I am two years behind because I thought he filed and didn’t. He scammed and lead me on this whole time. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS SCAM ARTIST!

If I could put a 0 stars I would, I never write reviews and this is the first bad one I have ever had to write but this cannot be let go. Homberto is the worst CPA we have ever used he strung us along the entire time saying he will file them next week then the next week. He made us do all the work, didn’t help us with anything and We paid him almost $1,000 dollars up front and he has still not completed our taxes from 2020. We have had our own company for over 6 years and never been late filing, and never experienced Someone like this. He now is ignoring our calls and has not filed our taxes for no reason we are going to be late and he won’t refund our money! Never had an experience like this, not to mention he is the highest charging CPA we have ever had and by far the worst. Integrity.more like CON ARTIST.
He’s already put us in a huge bind with not filing but now he won’t even refund our money. I have to reason to believe he planned to never file and steal our money. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS GUY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
