Only reason a 2 star is being given is because they did indeed fix my tire like they said they would however if you damage a piece of a vehicle some sort of compensation should be mentioned and if declined that is one thing but not even offered is what set this review to the gutter. Only after I removed what was left and gave it to the cashier to thank them for the damage was it called upon to reimburse a replacement. Will never return nor recommend.

Christian and Anthony are very helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was a little long but they gave me a discount on the labor. My truck alignment came out great and would highly recommend this place.

Great service, brought me into the garage to show me first-hand the problem with my vehicle. They also provide drop-off and pick-up service while they work on your vehicle.

I was scheduled at 1 pm and had to wait 50 mins for my car to get in the garage.what a waste of time. What are appointments for?

The service you get from the people is great, however, they are really slow. I have used them twice for an oil change and the first time they had the car for 10 hours to do the change. The second time i got there right when they opened and it took over 3 hours just for and oil change. So they do good work, it just takes a long time to get it done. So expect to block out a good chunk of your day for a basic service.

After multiple bad experiences at the Menifee America’s tire I tried this place out. Great service, no complaints.

The guys there were nice, down to earth, professional, and efficient. I came in for an oil change, and they resolved other issues I had as well. My van runs how it should now! Thanks guys!

I want to say THANK YOU to the entire staff here. Not only is the office clean but the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The manager let me know what else needed to be done with my vehicle and that was it. No high pressure sales and the work I got done was quick and easy. Didn't try to overcharge the groupon I got. I will be taking my vehicle back here and no where else. Please read reviews before you go to mechanic. Not only did they treat me right but I heard them speak to other customers the same way. Very professional.

Excellent service from start to beginning, very fair prices and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. Ask for Mo, he knows his stuff.

I noticed that my tire was flat and decided to go get it checked. They checked it. And they told me that there was a nail in my tire. And they were able to tepair it. They also informed me about needing new tires. They showed me the differences between a good tire abd a bad one. Whis is very helpful. The staff were very proffesional in what they were doing. I was very satisfied in their service

I come here to get work done on both of my cars Todd is extremely helpful and honest helping me not just with my vehicles but also helping me save money by not purchasing packages and options that are far more expensive and what I thought I needed, he took the time to keep me educated on what I need, and saved me alot of money! Julian is the technician that works on my vehicles he does an excellent job and I have never had a single problem with any of my services here, I highly recommend this place, it isn't a Jiffy Lube or a grease monkey.this is the real deal, Integrity Tire where the technicians and the managers actually have integrity. Shocking. Highly recommend! And no I am in no way affiliated or related to anyone that works here haha.

Stay away! They will waste your time! I was told it was going to be about a 2 hrs wait. I went away for 2 hrs, 15 mins and my car still was sitting in the same parking space. This place does not even rate a 1 star, I would give this a 0 if I could.

My go to place from now on. Had a leak in tire, took me right away, great friendly service. Thank you!

Had trouble with the golf cart tire. They were so friendly & helpful in this day and age it was above the call of duty.
