Stayed for 5 nights, the views were amazing! Taking 2 elevators to go down to main floor was no issue and extremely quick. There was no wait times and plenty of elevators. Valet parking was very fast. The check in and check out process was quick! Keep in mind the resort fees and $53 per night for valet parking. The rooms were beautiful and clean, just need to be vacuumed more thoroughly, other than that amazing stay.

Check-in experience was not upto the mark. Doesn't recognise Spire Elite status for any benefit nor do you get any acknowledgement like you receive in other IHG properties for being a Spire Elite member.

The hotel in general is fine. We’ve stayed here in the 2nd time but the room wasn’t very clean this time. I’ve found several hairs and the dust was across the room. The view from hotel is pretty good but hotel management should work with clean service to improve quality.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
My family is having a great time here. The view from the room is fantastic, and the swimming pool is excellent. It's very easy to access Target, CVS, and other shops. We just extended one more night to stay. Special thanks to Joao and Lucy from the check-in counter for helping me find the best room for my family!

The service was great but you could have the best people working and it doesn’t make up for the fact that the elevator situation at this hotel makes absolutely no sense.

Any time you want to go anywhere you have to go all the way up to the lobby and switch over there. Not only is that insanely annoying (who wants to trod across a 70th floor lobby in your swim gear to go down to the 7th floor pool), that has GOT to be some major fire safety issue in a state known for its fire issues.

Get down to the street level and realize you’ve forgotten your wallet? Have fun going all the way back up to the 70th floor to go down to your room to go back up to the 70th floor to go back down to the street.

And it’s not like this method keeps the flow of traffic moving. A busy Saturday morning and there’s literally ropes set up for a queue line!

Also some small quibbles:
- no bathrobes in our room? (i know i could’ve probably asked but feel like that should be standard)
- 73 floors that seem to service businesspeople and Korean Air’s team, and NO SPA?
- fridge locked for whatever reason
- whoever decided the lobby should be on the 70th floor but not the outdoor pool should never work in hotel design again
- valet parking often has deals but if you don’t find a deal it’s $50+ tax (sorry not even SF and NYC had those rates!)

I will say I liked the room, the 70th floor view is incredible even if should be via a pool not checking in, and the service was lovely at all points.

The staff is so accommodating and nice. The food is amazing! The Spire lounge has a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! I will always stay at this hotel whenever I come to LA. Overall great experience!

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your hotel. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!

This is a terrific hotel with gorgeous views of almost the entire city. If you need to be in DTLA, it's hard to imagine a better place to stay. If you have time, go check out the bar/restaurant on the roof. It also has a terrific staff who really go out of their way to help you.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stay in in my life. The check-in process is so unique because they usher you to the 71st floor where you are stunned by a spectacular view of downtown Los Angeles. They make you feel like a vip as soon as you step foot on the property. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The staff is welcoming, warm, and helpful. There are so many positive points about this hotel, but the one that has the most profound impact is the views. There's nothing better than feeling as if you are falling asleep and waking up in the clouds with the entire world before you. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for the experience of a lifetime. Enjoy again and again.

They made a mistake on our reservation, spoke to Oreainy and Toy Clark whom was extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending and was laughing throughout the entire conversation. I explained to her that we showed up on the 26th yet booking was for the 27th not our mistake! They stated refund will be processed yet it has not and they are refusing to. The manager David was trying to help but did not solve anything. I know its covid and businesses are hungry for money but let's just be honest here. We did not stay here and canceled a day before! Will definitely yelp and not recommend.

I booked two reservations for a three night stay, taking into consideration that the room keys might expire or room might need to be changed. I double confirm with the front desk (he did ask his Manager) when checking in if we should go down every day to get a key or room change, they said no worry we didn’t have to. Because they didn’t tell us beforehand, this problem caused us to be locked out of our room more than 2 times today. The way that they handled our situation was chaotic and disrespectful to us. First, both the front desk person and the security supervisor said that they would bring us a new room card.but later another lady called and wanted us to go down to get the key by myself.different people gave us different ways on how to deal with this issue.we were confused and this whole situation was chaotic. I stood in the lobby dripped in water from the pool, provided my confirmation on cell phone app, front desk asked manager, manager refused to renew me a new card. They wanted me waiting in front of our room for security to open our door.
VERY BAD SERVICE!

A spectacular hotel with stunning views, 1st rate bars and restaurants, and flexible conference and expo space. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the elevators run slow at times (particularly during times of high usage). Once they figure this piece out, the hotel will be flawless.

First of all my friend recommended this hotel so we went in pretty confident. Everything was going good until we woke up next day to find blood stains all over the bathroom wall. We didn’t notice and were disgusted that we stayed in a dirty room. Unfortunately even tho it had amazing views and amenities it all came with a cost and hidden fees. Parking is $53.90 and there's a $35 facility fee I didn't know about till check out. We were going to stay another night but my girlfriend was disgusted with the cleanliness. All the amnesties were fun but this really put a damper on everything. Hopefully they can work to not have this happen again in the future. God bless

The hotel is impressive. Comfortable beds, great rooms, great staff. I would easily give this hotel five stars.easily.

I understand that parking in downtown Los Angeles is expensive. When I was told parking my car there overnight would cost $53.90, I got it, but since I knew that I had to be out of the hotel early the next day and without time to waste, I asked where I could self-park. I was told that self-parking isn't available and that, if I wanted to park there, I had to use the valet service.

A red flag went on. I tried explaining the urgency of my situation, that I needed immediate access to my car the next day. The valet, doing his job, couldn't accept any valid reasons as to why I wanted to park my own car after paying over $50.00.

I worked until 3: 00AM. I called the front desk to ask them to have my car ready for pick up 5 minutes before I needed to leave. I was told that such call had to be done to a different department and to let them know the morning I had to pick up my car.

I woke up 3 hours later to leave the hotel. I gave myself 15 minutes to leave the room marked the number and asked to have my car ready 10 minutes Knowing that there would be a delay for them to get the car anyway.

I went downstairs to pick it up. The car was nowhere in sight. I asked where was my car and they told me that they didn't receive any calls about it. When I mentioned that I did call, I got a sense of indifference in return. A valet was sent to get the car. The entire process (from the moment I showed up until a valet was sent) took about 15 minutes.

So there I stood 15 minutes waiting until I got the car. It's petty. I know it's petty but 15 minutes late to get into traffic in LA can easily translate into an extra 45 minutes in traffic.

And regardless of the reason. I did everything in my power to avoid that specific situation and the politics and MO of the hotel tied my hands behind my back. If you are going to charge over $50.00 to park, then I expect my car to be where I need it exactly at the time I need it. Not to be left at the mercy of a system that obviously doesn't work.

I know that I'll get some generic apology from the hotel in this review and some sort of "our valet service is for our guests' convenience. " Save it. There is nothing convenient about standing frustrated running late for an unknown amount of time.

Instead of an apology offer self-parking with a valet option, just like just about everywhere else on the planet that offers valet service. That way you won't have to apologize next time someone else ends up running late, regardless of how much they want to prevent it from happening (like I did).

Other than that, the hotel is fantastic.

I absolutely loved this place! Breath taking views! Great staff. Beautiful rooms! I've never stayed in a hotel like this before! Right on the corner of Figueroa and 7th this place is hard to miss! Soon as you step out the train station it's right there! You won't even have to find it. It'll find you!

I used to work at a corner store in the area. It's abnormal to find such a corner store, and the staff are agreeable and accommodating.
We're only a couple of roads from a minimal expense corner store. They will clean the windows despite the fact that you don't need them to. I'm as of now here, and I convey my confidence to work each day.

No water in the room, mini bar fridge is not working, elevators have a waiting line like you’re looking to get in to a club. Room service to get water takes 45 minutes. Valet takes for ever. Even checking in room forever
