Overall a very mediocre experience. The hotel is nice and looks good. But overall I felt nickel than dimed, and given poor service. There's no complimentary water. The TV was unplugged, which is fine for being environmentally responsible, but the way they design their installation is such that I had to have somebody come up to plug the TV in, because it was impossible to do on my own. The hotel is also exceedingly noisy, some party kept me up until well past midnight on Thursday night. I don't know why anybody would stay here versus another hotel in the area that offers better service to their customers.

San Francisco still thinks cove is going on and you don't need a mask in this hotel but everybody here is messed up a lot of the bars are not open past 10: 00 there is no parking in the self-parking garage. Self parking is $72 a night. There's a garage right behind called the mission garage and that one only costs $40 a night.

Nice, clean rooms, good view, good location. Rooms have small fridge and hair dryer. Beds are smaller than queen but comfortable. Large TV.

Love this hotel, we stay here any chance we get. Staff is great, helpful and always accommodating. Corner rooms are the best!

Elegant looking. Ideal for families and for long stays. Very clean rooms. Only recommendation is I hope they let customers plug in streaming devices to their room TV.

The family and I had a great stay at the InterContinental San Francisco. The hotel was well maintained and the staff courteous and responsive. The room, with a view of the bay, was very clean and the cleaning staff maintained the room the same throughout our stay. I had broken and lost a button on one of my day outings and to my surprise there was a sewing kit in the vanity draw for a quick repair. There were countless shopping in the area and a major mall within 5 minutes walk. There are also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The only downside was the homeless in the area but we encountered this throughout the city. I understand it is a problem San Francisco is currently dealing with as a city. I look forward to another stay at the InterContinental on my next visit to San Francisco.

Macbook was stolen from our luggage. Had to switch room twice as the rooms were not clean and smelled of cigarrets eventhough we booked a non smoking room. I have never experienced sub-par-service. Not only did the hotel insufficiency with the initial mishap with the smoking and uncleaned rooms, but also we did bot recieve the simple courtesy from the staff of following up on the stolen items after filing our initial complaint. If this mistreatment is found acceptable, we plan to never stay at any intercontinental affiliated establishments again.

Beautiful hotel with floor to ceiling views. It was a little fogging but you could see the Giants baseball park. The room was very nice and the bathroom was my favorite. Shower for him and a tub for me. Big TV too and comfy bed.

Nice rooms but service is disappointing for a five star hotel. Needed to call front desk for something before I arrived. I called 5 times over a 20 mins time span and no one picked up. When I arrived the front desk wasn’t even busy.

After getting into my room I called for a pillow with a higher loft and front desk told me to go downstairs to get it myself - what disappointing service for an intercon!

The shower also has weak water pressure.

Our room had an amazing view, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the parking is way overpriced but i recommend paying for it unless you want to roll the dice and try to find safe parking in the area, lots of stuff to do around the area, oracle park, china town and the wharf are all within walking distance, and there is a very good, cheap Japanese BBQ across the street that i recommend checking out, great overall experience.

Didn’t tell us the pool was closed, even thought they said it was included, very small parking, no free breakfast, and over all not too good, very pretty view tho

We were treated like celebrities from the moment we checked in. The staff from the bell man to the front desk to the manager could not have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much for them to do to make our stay as pleasurable as it was. Even when we had a mishap (lost car keys) they bent over backwards to assist us.
The rooms and the view were spectacular especially when they upgraded us after not having a tub in our first room.
I highly recommend the hotel for your next trip to San Francisco.

Bad experiences with arriving and departing due to inadequate parking staff who have terrible instructions with where we needed to temporarily park our vehicle for loading/unloading. Hotel parking is expensive at $70+/nt. Recommend parking in the public parking garage literally right across the alleyway within walking distance of the hotel for $40/nt. Mini fridge in rooms, but no microwave. Pool was closed for renovation.
