6Said my refund would be here by mid December. January 11th still not here!
I think they need help somethings are out of the control we all make mistakes and we all need help.
I went today, the security was very friendly, the problem starts when I open the door, the person in front did not want to take my papers, even though my tax preparer told me to go in person as it was safer than sending them by I echo and no, the person there clearly told me that I would send them by mail, so I traveled almost an hour and a half for nothing,
You would think these people are
not working for the government. They’re
certainly not any help - may as well answer
your own questions, because they don’t
have any answers - just negative responses.
I went to this place 4 years ago and the guy who supposably “helped me” was very disrespectful and seemed annoyed to help me. Instead of helping me he made things worse and here i am now 5 years later still trying to fix the problem that guy created. I wish i remembered his name but what a ahole.
I receive a notice that I need to mail more documents for verification of my income so they know they are issuing the right amount of refund and so I did before the due date. 8 months later and I'm still waiting. Tried to call and still NO ONE ANSWERS! WHY? Waste of time mailing my documents. I give up honestly. The government is a joke!
