4Jc transport very good people. Came for pick up in and out in 30mins. Very fast loading
We had to pick some goods for our Business. Maurice the black dude at the gate did an amazing job to handle all this incoming trucks. He helped us a lot and dang he was so friendly and always smiled. He made my day and he even spoke a few words in German. FIVE BIG STARS for him! The bad side was at the window, the Ladies there could learn from Maurice, a smile and be friendly would make a huge difference!
Worst customer service ever at the window but fast forklift drivers they might need some customer service classes too
Sometimes the wait is a killer but the old lady who checks in pickups on I. C. T.side, she can eat a bag of d**is with her dried up hair.
