7 Hello Everybody,
The people who arrived through border Crossing no waste time in Place, they would help you nothing. I hate this place.
They never respond the office phone. They are very lazy people IRC need a better management.
The employees here are not responsible. I keep calling but no body picks up and no body even replys to emails also. The operator an afghan is rude. If you didn't catch and ask say again please. She yells like female.
I have applied for travel documents for my parents and my wife and paid their fee a month ago but since I don't know what us happening because they don't respond to calls and emails.
As I read the comments, theyre are all negative for sure this office (IRC) has changed a lot it wasnt like this a few years back, he have to report this to the state, have them on the news they dont help like before and yet they ask for donations $$ what happen to this commitee? I do not know them, they helped me and my grandmom iin the past.it use to be awesome place. I keep calling no one picks up, left messages no one calls back and with all other negative comments I dont think I can teust them.
I arrived there at 10: 30 AM and see a notice saying I'll return at 11: 00 AM. It's 11: 15 AM and no one is here to respond us!
And 11 people were waiting in the lobby to get checker in or be heard!
Ridiculous!
This place is garbage and useless. This place known as corruption tho. They are not there for helping immigrants who are in need of green card and immigration paperwork.
There are few guys who are fallen sleep and can't speak any language.and thier employer and worker are helping only one tribe specific nationality. I known this place since 2018.and myself was insulted and abused many times. Also there are government program for immigrants. But the IRC case worker steal money for themselves and Thier relatives. Soon this place shut down
Dozen of lier employee and dishonest boss and superviosor. IRC agents and superviosor is lied to us many many time.we will close this site soon if there are no good superviosor. There are thousand complain against this federal building. It will shut down if they don't listen to thier customer. Corrupted and lier agent ever seen in life.
