Had Rolando come and service window repairs. He went above and beyond to help out with another question I had. Very helpful, polite, customer service was great.

My technician was excellent he was polite courteous gave us a lot of information that we didn’t know he wore mask the whole time so he was very cautious he informed us of a lot of stuff thank you Lupe you are the bomb… Thank a lot from the Daniels

Invitation Homes is a Wall Street slum Lord. I have tried to work with Conservice (utility billing company) and Incitation homes as I was billed for two months and my usage doubled during a time period that I was out of my house three out of the four weeks. Everyone's attitude is well that's what the bill says so pay it. When reviewing the bill it is abundantly clear with the annual comparison that there is an issue but Conservice nor Invitation Homes is doing any thing.

This was my first time pre-leasing and Kathi was very reassuring that the house would be clean and look great for my family, I’m so happy I trusted her. She even helped me on her day off to make sure I could see the property before signing the lease and getting the keys. She’s very sweet and obviously cares about the people she is helping find their perfect homes.
