Brought my kid's phone in to fix the screen that was horribly cracked. Phone was fixed super quick, and i feel the price i paid for the repairs was well worth it! Definitely will reccomend to friends and family!

IParts and Phone Repairs in Vacaville was the only place to respond out of the four other repair places I contacted via e-mail, so went ahead with them on that alone. They explained to me how the process would go, when to expect the repairs to be done, the window I had to pick it up and other useful information.

Upon inspection once I was home with my device, I noticed that while the backing was the same and the screen was of course replaced, the corners of the phone that were previously banged up were smooth. The stylus that came with the phone was much easier to pull out as well.

I appreciate the cosmetic refresher! Really glad to have come here. Prices were reasonable, staff were candid, and turnaround time made sense.

The customer service was excellent and very straightforward. There were no hidden fees and our broken 2017 iPad was actually fixed well before the time that they quoted us. They provided constant communication and updates in regards to when we could come pick up our iPad. To Place this in context, our screen was completely shattered from head to toe. Yet when we got our iPad back, everything worked flawlessly, and you could not tell that our screen had ever been damaged. If any of our other Apple screens ever become broken, we will not hesitate to go back to them!

I am so glad to find this place in Vacaville. Zachary & his team are super helpful & professionals to get my computer fixed in the best turnaround time possible!

Replaced screen last July $200+. As soon as warranty over, screen started glitching badly. No, I haven’t dropped phone or damaged in any way. Courteous customer service but not happy about sales gimmicks. I was told sorry another screen is needed. No thank you, I will take business elsewhere

These guys did a great job with the back glass of my iPhone 13 Pro. The staff was nice and courteous and made the process pretty simple. Zachary was great and offered to text/ call my wife when the service was completed. He was also a pretty funny dude which made the experience nice. I would definitely go back again for any repair needs.

Can't believe what type of service I got here me and my brother had broken both of our phones and they repaired both within the same day I will be coming back!

Service was fantastic, replaced rear camera, screen and battery on iPhone 11. Phone is as good as new and service was completed in a few hours. I would certainly take the rest of my phones or tablets there for service in the future.

Went to the Bay Area from Sacramento and broke the screen of my phone and had visited their other location previously, knowing how timely and reasonably priced they have fixed my phone before, I was hoping for the same outcome. They were a great help for my son Nintendo switch. They replaced my son sd card reader and so far so good! For awhile I couldn’t found someone to help and I was referred by game stop.

I really didn’t think iPhone could be recovered after I had ran it over with my car. I was in total excitement when I got my phone back as it was looking like new again.

Solid place, better then anywhere I've gone in Fairfield. Reasonable prices, fixing a phone is not really cheap no matter what, but they're reasonably priced here. And usually they fix our devices pretty fast, which is nice. Taken many of our ipads and phones here.

They were awesome. Replaced my iPhone battery in a short period of time and for a very reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them!
