I had a wonderful experience with this repair shop - they were able to make me an appointment for the same day and fix my cracked screen in less then an hour! They are really nice people as well, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.

My iPhone got shorted out and they fixed it in under an hour, would definitely go back if I had that problem again.

Took my iPad in to get the screen replaced. Keep in mind, this is an iPad that is rarely used. We only bring it when we are traveling. Everything seemed ok at pickup. When I brought the iPad home and tried to charge it, it wouldn't charge past 15% (This was not an issue before the screen was replaced) I took it back in and spent more money to repair whatever was wrong with the charging port. I brought it home, put it in a drawer and didn't use it for a month. I took it out to pack for our vacation and noticed there was a black line across the screen. I called and spoke with a woman. She explained that the LCD was broken and said I would need to come in and pay more money to fix it. I explained that we had continued to have issue after issue following the initial screen replacement. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My 2015 Macbook Pro screen was completely black from the display being loose for so long. Other stores suggested I wipe the memory for a huge pricetag and to ditch the machine. When I called this store they suggested I bring it in first to take a look. That day, they were able to replace my display with a spare part, and while it did cost me, my machine is better than new, and I have all of my computer memory still in tact. I suspect the other places would have charged me for the memory retrieval and then offered to take the computer off my hands. I had the best outcome I could have asked for. They couldn't have been more professional, efficient, and helpful. Since I'm pretty clumsy, I know I will be back here again.

Tried to get my MacBook Air screen replaced at the Apple Store in Century City Westfield. They cancelled my appointment on the day of for an "emergency" and wouldn't be open for another week.
Found iPhone iPad and Mac Repair Bar in Westwood. They hooked it up within 2 days, repaired my screen to good as new. Professional and responsive. Would recommend if you don't want to deal with the Apple corp. BS.

Dropped my phone in a hot tub while i was on vacation in temecula.screen wouldn’t turn on and four different repair shops said they couldn’t help.when i got home, two more said they couldn’t help until i came to repair bar.my iphone x had 3 years worth of photos and memories on it and repair bar helped me get both my phone back and the data recovered for a very affordable price.great service and helpful workers.thank y’all, will return and tell my friends

Brought in my watch for a screen replacement after dropping it and sadly cracking the screen! They made my Apple Watch look good as new in no time flare at a very affordable cost! The service is so great and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I drove all the way from the valley to Westwood because I liked their service so much! Highly recommend!
