Great experience, really good service and the food taste amazing although the seating can be uncomfortable.

Great, friendly service. Food was tasty & I was able to choose items while I'm on a low carb diet, which was surprising for a movie theater. Seats are very comfortable & recline in two person pods, perfect for dates. However it was definitely on the pricey side. Be prepared to spend at least $20 or more for food & drinks.

Room for improvement - a small lamp to read the menu as well as a place to stow it during the movie. Also it would be nice to order food on a piece of paper so it's easier to communicate with the server.

Finally parking in Pasadena is a half a block down from the theater. Allow yourself enough time to park & make your way over to check in on time.

They saying you get what you pay for reigns true with iPic Pasadena. Excellent customer service and comfortable seating. Helps with getting the movie experience without the typical overcrowded theatre.

Popcorn hard to share outside of your pair of seats. Best chance is sharing w the four seats mid auditorium.

Viewing angle skepticism for non straight on view rest assured, projection clear and wide the angle is not much of a distraction.

The table light to be able to see the menu is a little tricky, just use ur flashlight?

We are always there bc we only like upscale theaters and this is the only one in Pasadena, but they seem to be very consistent with dropping the ball. We purchased a gold membership, they never add our food and ticket purchases into our account. The fact that we’re there once a week and spend way over $200 in food and drinks and we still have not raked up enough point for at least one darn earned ticket is ridiculous to me. Food is good when it’s good and horrible when the cook decides. A little consistency with good quality food would be nice. We had to stand with a supervisor for almost 30 minutes after Knock at The Cabin to ensure all our points were being entered and honored and he had to check with HIS supervisor, he ended calling me and letting me know that he wasn’t able to put in all our past ticket purchases which we had proof of, he didn’t even know how the points rewards system worked. He offered us free popcorn on our next visit… like really? ! That’s just offensive! As soon as another upscale theater opens we’re leaving the iPic. Worst part about all this is that we have shared our concerns directly to them and nothing is ever resolved. There’s definitely a huge opportunity for another upscale theater to open in Pasadena, we’re here for it!

Really nice concept. I was surprised to see so many sold-out movies until I opened the booking screen and saw they only have 10 to 15 booths each, book online was a pain though as I could only select one seat in the booth. Food was great, and they even spaced out our order when we asked, which was really nice.

We are first time parents and this was supposed to be our first feature in a theater in 3 years, but because of the ridiculous weather conditions today (rain, hail, snow), we were late and they would not accommodate us. They wouldn’t let us in to watch the remaining time even though we already paid, they wouldn’t let us watch a different movie, they wouldn’t let us use the tickets for another, and they wouldn’t refund us. Literally, nothing. On top of that, the manager looked like he could care less when we spoke with him. Do not go here. Terrible customer service.

Great "date night" experience with your special person! Comfy reclining seats, table for two, friendly "ninja servers" providing non obtrusive service.

This is a great theater I come here ever other week for a movie. The seats recline, you get a blanlet, and you get a server as well.

Fantastic for date night, office party, nights out, etc. Ordering food is so fun, and everything we've had has been delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our experience.

Great place to have drinks, chill with friends, and catch a movie! Service is great, bar is awesome and of course the theater is the best!

Worse place to see a movie, no phone service inside, very annoying front desk and seating options.

Awesome experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone has a bar downstairs they serve food and need theater and the price is not bad I will definitely come more often

Excellent theater. It's really a great place to see a movie. The theaters are small and big comfy recliners. The serve you food and drinks and is really just a great place.
