My Mom lives here and I don't have to worry about her when I'm not there it's a very safe place and everyone watches out for each other, but they also mind there own business. It's clean and if rules were enforced about keeping your yards clean and presentable i would of given it 5 stars about 10% of the residents don't care overall it's a great place to live
