Iron Point at Prairie Oaks, Folsom CA

I had the pleasure of working with Alesha at the leasing office. She is very responsive, informative, and helpful. She and the leasing team here are world class in customer service. I really enjoy how spacious the layout is and the choice of an accent wall upon move in was a nice touch! Other things like nicely manicured grounds, year-round pool and hot tub, valet trash, and super dog friendly community make this a nice place to be. Also, maintenance is super responsive and professional. They immediately address any issues. The team here goes above and beyond what typical communities offer in the area and for the price point the quality of living cannot be beat.

Visit to Iron Point apartment homes was very convenient as they are open on Sunday. Beautiful place with lots of plants and trees. Alesha Hammond the Leasing Consultant was very nice and answered all my questions thoroughly.

THANK YOU ALESHA! We chose to rent here purely because of the outstanding leasing office agents Alesha and Christina, and the spacious 2 bedroom floor plans. Alesha has gone the extra mile since our first visit to the leasing office to find us the perfect unit, make sure we got the best deal, share updates of our unit being renovated and painted, and getting us ready for move in. Christina is also very helpful and responsive and it has been a pleasure working with the team at Iron Point Apartments. Not to mention the great amenities and fabulous location right off highway 50 and very close to the Safeway complex, Intel, Palladio, outlet mall, and other shopping complexes. Looking forward to a pleasant time living here!

Wonderful apartment complex! We stayed here for about a year until we relocated for work. The staff is amazing! They were extremely responsive to any issues and were very kind. The complex has fun amenities/events that everyone can enjoy. The location is pretty much perfect with so many restaurants around. We really enjoyed our time and experience with Sequoia.

I have truly enjoyed living at Iron Point Apts and I am going to miss living here very much.
I have enjoyed many aspects like the quiet ambiance and pretty gardens and surrounding walking areas. There is good proximity to stores and restaurants and this is a nice community of residents. Alesha and the Iron Point maintenance crew have all been responsive and amazing!

Alex is very professional and polite.
He is a strong man of Grace who solves any issue that comes up in your apartment.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are clean, they’re pet friendly, it’s a super convenient location, I could go on all day. They have all kinds of fun events and genuinely care about the people who live here. Maintenance is on point, usually work orders are done the same day and the guys are all very friendly and professional. The girls in the office are so welcoming and helpful. They’re always doing things to make the place nicer like replacing all the lights outside and resurfacing the pool and adding/changing the landscaping. It’s a bit on the pricey side (so is all of Folsom) but I think it’s so worth it, I just love living here.

Visited and toured here yesterday. Absolutely gorgeous facility! Alesha Hammond was very professional and genuinely got to know me and what I was looking for. Very refreshing to know there are still hard workers out there who go the extra mile. At first the price was a tad steep for my budget, but she really highlighted all the aspects and value so well. I can’t wait until my lease is up at my current place so I can go visit her and start at iron point!

Iron Point is a beautiful place to call home, with everything you need in close driving distance. From the moment my husband and I relocated to California, we had the an amazing experience with the leasing team, specifically Alesha. From the leasing agents to the maintenace people, you feel like they personally care about your time at Iron Point. If you are looking for some help in finding a place to live, I cant rave enough about Alesha. No matter how big or small the question, she made sure to communicate with us and we felt like a priority.

The location is amazing (wholesome Folsom). The apartments are great and the community is amazing! Most importantly, the staff is so responsive. Special shout out to Alesha, Alex, and Niel. They respond to any issue I have, even if it's an emergency maintenance need in the middle of the night. Highly recommend living here!

The maintenance team at Iron Point is top notch! Every issue I have had has been resolved within 48 hours and without any hassle. From replacing disposals to repairing broken ceiling fans, everything is resolved promptly and without any mess. Thank you again for all your help!

As a first-time mover, I visited the office for a tour of an one bedroom apartment a couple of weeks and felt very welcomed. Lindsey is professional and kind. Whenever I asked questions whether it's by an email or in person, the answers were clear to me.

The apartments are beautiful and very well distributed. The facilities are always kept looking their best and functioning perfectly. The best part of this community is the management team. The girls make sure everything runs smoothly so we can really feel like we're living in our dream homes!
