Very impressed with the staff working at Irvine Bicycle. I was struggling replacing fat tire on my E bike, when I stopped by the shop the staff was very friendly, explained where our problem was, recommended the tool how to replace the tire. When the job was done, the staff deflated the tired and showed us how to install a tire and gave us a tutorial. Thank you very much for your help and we will definitely come back again.

I bought a bike a month ago and the experience is awesome! Frank, the owner, is such a great guy with very good knowledge in bike. He also has a great and professional team. They are responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend friends this store if they are bike shopping. What a All star bike shop in Irvine.

Best bike shop you can ask for. Always looking out for the Solo traveling cyclists. They took care of my drivetrain within less then 10 minutes!

Went in looking for a bike a few months ago, was told by what I'm guessing was the owner as I walked in, "you know, most of these are pretty expensive, I guess you can look around if you want" and then ignored until I left, he didn't even respond when I said thank you and good bye as I left. Got a bike on offerup instead and I'll avoid this place from now on

Found out I got over charged for what I got done and left with.or it's just Irvine prices. Either way I left thinking my daughters bike was ready to go but had to go to another place to get things done right. My impression is that if the bike ain't worth more than a couple thousand they dgaf.

Really good experience with this shop. Brought my bike in for derailleur adjustment and they fixed it right then and there! Highly recommend to anyone looking for bike service.

My husband got a bike here a few years ago. The guy who helped us was incredibly kind. We didn’t have a bike rack at the time and we’re too nervous to ride it home on the main streets. The employee told us come back after his shift. He personally drove our bike to our apartment in his own truck. I couldn’t believe the kindness and generosity of this employee. Incredible customer service. If you need a bike- this is the place.

I’ve been to a lot of bike shops but this one is absolutely great shop for me, very friendly and accommodating with lots of knowledge and ideas when dealing with bikes. I would definitely recommend this shop

Refused to work on my bike for swapping out crank arm because I took it to my team coach for a shift trouble. They built the bike and it wasnt shifting right. Took it back to them twice and paid them twice but couldnt get it fixed. My coach fixed it perfect without charging me. And now they are refusing service on my bike. I had good impression on them for 2 years and now I am very disappointed with their refusal. Rude and expensive.

I took my 2018 Santa Cruz Tallboy C build MTB here to have my bottom bracket, broken spokes, and brakes checked.

Steven did an amazing job done, I saw the quality and thorough job he did while servicing my bike. He did not try up sale me or add in things like many other bike shop services at other places. His goal was the same as my goal, to get back out on the dirt with minimum down time, that’s the kind of bike technician you want working with you!

I’ve also brought in other bikes to have Steve look at, and continues to do a thorough job!

Like so many car dealerships, they don't make money selling bikes, but on service. It is overpriced, more expensive than most all other bike shops in the area, I've tried them out a few times, it has always ended with me being on the short end of the stick. It is focused on profits, not customer service or needs. Should steer clear. If I pay more, I expect top rate service, not so here. Serviced brakes several times, charged labor each time, but it's still not fixed.how difficult could bike brakes be? That should say it all. I won't even speculate about ethics here, you just have to guess, who it benefits when you have repeated problems, over and over, reminds me of the days in college with car dealerships.

I decided to try this bike shop because it was close to home. All I needed was a 5 foot length of cable housing: I was charged $5 a foot (even after questioning the amount). Online you can buy it for $1 a foot or even brand-name with the cable included for less.

Not a very good promotion for future business!

Just want to say this is one of the best bicycle shops I have ever been to. I went during late July 2020 and they were extremely busy. Frank was very helpful with my questions and needs. Frank and his staff tuned up, replaced my tires and chain in less than 24 hours. Let me tell you they earned my business. Next bike I purchase will be from this place. Stay safe everyone.
