Dentist Irvine Endodontics reviews
7Do not have dental work done here. I was overcharged for the root canal Dr. Mansouri did last month (October 2023). I had to pay for everything up front, rather than it going through insurance first and then figuring out my portion of the payment due. I really feel like they were not transparent and were quite deceptive about the charges. My root canal procedure was pretty standard, nothing really unusual. Yet they charged me for several different out-of-pocket line items. When they submitted the claim to Delta Dental, they conveniently omitted these line items. Based on the EOB from Delta Dental, my cost after the insurance payment was calculated at $517. I was charged about $1700 total and had to pay for all of this up front. Included in this was a $300 charge for permanent crowns that they had me agree to last minute, after I had already undergone over 2 hours in the chair with the root canal. I was exhausted in that moment and really wanted to get all of this done and over with, so I agreed to that amount just so I could get the procedure completed once and for all. However, by tacking on this charge at the last minute (something not previously discussed with me at all), I really felt like they were taking advantage of me when I was tired and vulnerable. They weren't treating me with care as a patient in this moment, they were seeing me as a dollar sign. This is inexcusable for a health care provider. I would like a refund of $300 for being charged for these crowns at the last minute. That's the very least they can do. If they fail to do that, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and to the dental board.
Dr. Dianat and the staff at Irvine Endodontics are great. Effective, efficient, and compassionate.
Dr. Dianat and his assistant May walked me through the root canal process and the actual procedure with a great deal of care and compassion. While not a procedure any of us look forward to, if one has to, these practitioners and practice are the ones to do it. Patient, Scott Bullock
If you need a root canal, this is the place to go. Everyone I had contact with was completely professional, approachable, knowledgeable. They collectively put me at ease. Procedure was not painful in any way. Office decor is modern, calming and immaculate.
Excellence! Wonderful treatment! Very caring and relaxing environment. Helpful staff, doctor is excellent.
You know what sucks: the toothache before the root canal and the couple days after the root canal, when you're sore. You know what doesn't suck about a root canal.going to Irvine Endodontics. I had to go in earlier this week and am grateful for how quickly Dr. Mansouri were able to see me and get me treated. No one ever WANTS to have to get a root canal but if you do have to get one done.go see Dr. Mansouri and her team.
This place just has the WORST front desk!
And they messed up my root canal treatment as well. I have to pull out my tooth which was done root canal treatment by this dental hospital.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
You will regret too if you come to this place for a treatment!
