Irvine Motor Werk: Bimmer & Mini Specialists

What can I say - we found this shop through the process of buying a Mini Cooper, we live 77 miles away and in SoCal Traffic, that could be up to 5 hours one way.
John saved us a lot of money and time. The information was detailed, we respected his professional opinion. We love our local mini-mechanic but we might consider driving to him for all our Mini-service. The prices were reasonable even for the oil change and I don't mind paying a bit more for extremely good quality work.

Irvine motor werks has the same crew under John's leadership that was there at coast motor werks. I have been using their services for several years now. They source their parts from BMW dealers. So no break there - but you get authentic parts. Labor is cheaper than the dealership. Predictable service. I will keep going there as long as I BMWs to service.

I have known Jon for a few years now because he managed a shop for another owner here in Orange County for years that I went to. The thing that I always appreciated was how he made me feel like a valued member of his family. I would voice my opinion on what I thought was wrong with my car and he would listen and then diagnose my car from top to bottom and tell me his findings. I was then given a detailed invoice through a text explaining everything that included pictures of the tire inspection. I was told when it would be ready and when I got there the bill was the same as the estimate. This Man was honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable about how things are done right. I have never had to return my car once they fixed a problem. I will always come back and have Jon fix my car knowing that I get an honest assessment of what needs to be done so that it runs at top performance.

So glad I brought my bmw 335i here for service! After trying multiple different shops, this was by far the best. Jon is awesome! Very straight forward and honest. Definitely recommend bringing bmw/mini here.

Jon is always responsive and understanding to my need. His process to identify any issues are transparent and clear. I have been a customer of his for years, and look forward to keeping with his service and attention at this location. Highly recommend.

So happy to have found this Jon and his shop. I literally searched for a place based on reviews because I didn’t know where to go with my mini. The communication was excellent the service was excellent the turnaround time was incredible. This is definitely my new shop for my mini and my BMW!
