I don't know how to express my discontent and my frustration, it's my first time going to a salon and it turns out that they ruined my hair. I chose a dark blonde color and it turns out that my auburn hair left it. By the way, when I was washing it, dyed water fell on my right ear, lousy service, apart from that, I asked him about how he learned and he told me that he had taken classes and that he even had a diploma for what he is supposed to do “good”. The dye is also supposed to be left on for at least half an hour and she just put the dye on me and quickly took it off, by the way it pulled my hair a lot and left me with a headache in the back. She knew it was my first time and I feel like she took advantage of me. I told her that I wanted her to cut the ends and she herself recommended that I take it off as soon as possible. Now it turns out that I take off more than what I had told her. And for painting it plus taking it off in caps she charged me $110 and she said that since it was the first time that was why it was expensive, and that for the next time she was supposedly going to charge me cheap according to her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND UNLESS THEY GET A HAIR CUT OR PAINTED BY THE OWNER CALLED ISABEL. If I could give it 0 stars, I would give them to you, Mrs. PROFITABLE.
