Isabella Nail Bar, Oakland CA

Went to Isabella for a regular mani & pedi. I was in a rush and they were able to get me in and out very quickly while ensuring high quality of service. They were also very welcoming. I will certainly go back!

I started going to Isabella Nail Bar in hopes to find some place that would make my nails healthier. The first time the owner was there and I was charged $45 for a gel manicure. The other times when the owner was not present, her staffed charged $55 for the same servious. Twice my husband and I had to wait an hour even though we had reservations. I was told the owner answers the phone from home or somewhere but doesn't communicate the appoiintment to her staff. I have since been going to a local competiter and am very happy with their services and prices.

Poorly done manicure and pedicure. Neither had the cuticles actually removed and the polish started discoloring quickly. I’ve never seen that before. There is no massage chair either. When I showed them my disappointment in the services when I was paying they had no business and asked me sit and they would redo. I reluctantly tipped but told them it was the worst $55 mani and pedi I’ve ever had. I didn’t want to sit there any longer.

Had the most basic gel pedicure. No massage chair, no scrubs, no deep cleaning of my nails and cuticle. Their gel colors are very limited. They don’t even have sampling. Very fast service for the most crazy price! $60! 55+tips ($60). Regular pedicure $50 (45+tips) (with no nail color). Honestly, I don’t mind the price when the service is great! Not at this place. Not coming back. Don’t spend your money here.
