Arthur Morgan caught a legendary Sockeye Salmon at Lake Isabella. He recommended visiting in the Summer.

The path is about 2km with a slight incline. On the way you have a great view of Isabella Lake and pass an old mine.
Be careful, the path is completely in the blazing sun!

Really beautiful hike and not terribly difficult for those in reasonably ok shape. We deviated from the trail and climbed the higher peak just to the north.

Nice short trail for the kids. Mushrooms are out from the rains. Super bloom is starting. Great time to hike
