10Dishonest business practice. They continued to deliver bottles of water for months even after I notified their office that I no longer wanted their service. The water turned green and had to be dumped. They nonetheless billed me and sent me to collections after I had notified the office manager of the bottles of water shouldn't have been delivered. There are better water companies out there. I wouldn't deal with this company.
Horrible company to work for. The office is ran poorly, the people in the office are constantly trying to throw the people in the field under the bus. Supervisors don't allow you to take breaks and cheat you out of hours. If you make the slightest mistake you get screamed at by your boss and your job and your safety threatened. If you don't do your job as fast as humanly possible you get threatened with your job. Don't work here and don't support this company that treats it's employees this way.
I had an excellent experience with Ising's Culligan. The sales rep (Ken) was
very knowledge and worked with me to get a competitive price. Also, the installer (Colby) overcame all the install issues eg.water line connections
re-vamping, install of the extra-long drain line and connection to the main house clean-out pipe, etc. He also was very receptive to my ideas
regarding the install. Overall a fantastic experience, plus.the water
really feels soft!
I called Culligan to discuss delivery options needs. Theresa Robles handled our account with excellent & prompt service. I love working with people who take care of the customer.
I have had their service for many years. In the last couple of years I have had to call repeatedly to get my tank changed early. The system is not keeping up and nothing has changed in our usage of water. I don't like to leave negative reviews but yesterday my husband called to complain about the water spotting the dishes and faucets and Brittany (yes, I know her voice after all the calls) actually laughed at him. Wow, worst customer service! I like Martin, he can usually get the tank changed that week, but goodness why should I pay for what I'm not getting? I'm afraid I need to get a new company. Very sad.
I've found Ising's Culligan staff to be courteous and responsive when I had questions or a problem to be resolved. We subscribe to monthly water conditioning tank delivery, with a set schedule; Ising's sticks with this schedule. Also, Leslie, their sales rep out in the field, is friendly and well-informed regarding water hardness issues. Ising's has a wonderful customer service team-thank you!
I’ve had the systems in the past, with the salt tanks, and to me this is much more convenient and mainanance free, and much better soft water. I love it! I’ll do without something else before I give up soft water.
The techs finished the job flawlessly! I have not seen such the level of attention to detail from any other vendor. I would highly recommend them!
I have been a customer of Ising's Culligan Water for about 8 years and still love using this company! Everyone is nice and helpful. Water tastes great and it is nice to NOT buying individual water bottles that create more plastic in the environment.
