Island Pacific Seafood Market reviews
16Alway go here for jumbo squid and jumbo shrimp. Then I went to buy chicken chicharon and deep-fried (i believe that's) intestine, and it's delicious. Must buy! And dont forget the SUKA for dipping.
This is smaller island Pacific store compared to the one in West Covina, although I must say that the cooked food they served is about the same.tastes yummy and fresh.
Terrible area, great selection. If you can avoid whatever homeless person or busker is barring the way between your driver's side door and the store, you're golden.
They have the best sea food you can even pick out your own sea food item they will clean it and even cook it for you they also have fresh fruits and vegetables l really like this place
I wish I could understand why the young girl asked me not to come into her checkout and then invited another woman to check out right in front of me. I hope it's not what I'm thinking. I guess I'm not welcome here.
Mini version of seafood city. You can order filipino food to go or eat inside. They have a bug selection of meat.
Some of the fish does not appear good quality. Lots of cloudy eyes, previously frozen, soggy gills. But the fresh options look ok. Would not be my first choice with two other large fish stores nearby.
Has pretty much anything Filipino for ingredients. Not the largest of stores, which is actually nice. Just not the cleanest of places & the parking lot isn't very good.
The place is good, complete, clean just a bit lacking space esp.the aisles! Staff friendly!
I waited at the meat counter for assistance however the guys looked at me and turned away. A philipina woman approached and was immediately helped. This is so unacceptable. It tells me that because I'm African American I'm not welcome in this store. I can find other places to shop that will accept me for my color.
At a time when prices have gone through the roof, It's great to see how Island Pacific Seafood prices its items. We always enjoy the adventure of finding gold nuggets, so to speak - it's great to have multiple options.
Was looking for some fresh fish to fry up and they had a good selection. Also found a good variety of Asian snacks, too!
If Seafood city is to crowded this is 5he place to go. But this place has the potential to be like seafood city maybe even better.but only time will tell.
They never have the stuff you order
This has been the third time I had to cancel the food l order because when I arrived until then they tell me that are out if this or that.
Avoiding this place.
So glad to find out that there’s an Island Pacific Market here in National City.
I was looking for red curry paste, coconut milk and cooking wine. As I walk through the aisles, I noticed that the store has a wide array of products and the shelves are well-provided.
As I was in a hurry to go back home and attend some errands, I need to quickly find these products.
I approached this seemingly busy employee to ask where I could find what I’m looking for. Instead of simply telling me what aisle I can find these, this employee patiently led me to where the product is.
Hats off to you guys. Not only do you have great food selection. More importantly, you guys have exceptional customer service worthy of emulation. Keep it up!
No one at the seafood counter wanted to assist me with what I needed to get. 2 guys looked at me and turned their back on me, then called an older guy from the back and he started assisting the person that came after me.mind you I am the only melinated person in the store
