Both Dr Lyche and his MA are caring and responsive. Love that I can now text my concerns or issues. No more phone tag. Timely responses and resolutions always.

This establishment is very unprofessional, I/we my husband and I was referred to them by Midtown Medical Group in Ventura, Ca. My husband and I have been trying for the past month and a half to get a hold of them with no success, never received a call back and each and every time that we have called we get a recording saying to leave a message and they will get back in touch with us within 24 hours. Well needless to say that never happened. So I called Midtown Medical to advise them to what is happening and they also tried calling them and of of course with no success on getting through to anyone, including the Office Manager Dawn @ Ext #4. So needless to say I have requested that they refer us to another establishment of course with better reviews. As you can see this Medical business has horrible reviews and apparently their receptionists, medical assistants and staff also have been very rude to patients. They obviously need a change in Management and how their office needs better and caring employees! And I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Not a great place as far as how they treat individuals that got there for care. Hard to reach, not aware of the Service they are providing as a whole I had to go here due to my insurance only working with this provider.

I can't really say anything bad about my dr other than I can barely see her. The ppl running the office are the worst and the medical assists are incompetent or just really overworked or maybe both. At end of day the people running the office is horrible. Needs better management and staff

The worst experience i’ve had. I’ve been seeing them since december 2022, i’ve been having these ongoing stomach issues and first of all, this office/team is so very UNPROFESSIONAL. They never get back to you with your results, they send your results through mail, they don’t go over your results, trying to get a hold of them and the Dr, is just really impossible because no one ever answers the phone. Even tried calling administration and Nicole who is the administrator, doesn’t pick up her phone either, while the message says she will get back to us in 24 hrs, it’s been 5 days and i still haven’t received a call back. I had to get a CT scan done at Grossman’s and we couldn’t go through with my apt because Dr. Lychee didn’t order all the things that were needed for my CT scan. I was supposed to get my upper abdomen and lower pelvic scanned but he only put in the order for the upper abdomen, so the Dr at Grossman’s informed me we can go through with the scan that day but i’d have to come back, get injected again, with all this radioactive material, and he recommended since i’m very young and very petite, he wanted me to wait so that another day i can just get the injection once instead of twice. He mentioned how he tried getting a hold of the office and Dr Lychee personally but no one answered! As a 23 year old woman, who has been battling with this ongoing pain/discomfort in my stomach and have yet to get a diagnosis, im very frustrated and very dissatisfied with this office and very disappointed and frustrated. I will not recommend anybody to visit this office or be seen here. The receptionist are rude, some of the nurses are racist since i overheard them making fun of how thick a patients accent was and complaining about how they talked, was very rude and so unprofessional. We go to these Doctors for help and these people are lazy, and not professional at all. I’m not seeing this office or will be with this office anymore, im available to any recommendations please and thank you.

My experience with this department was not pleasant. The long-awaited follow-up call for my CT scan and colonocstopy was appalling.
Physician Assistant Tatyana M.called me and was beyond rude. She was condescending and annoyed by my questions. Patients are not doctors and do not always understand the technical jargon in their reports. Thus, we rely on these calls for someone to break it down for us. This woman had no compassion. And, to this day, I have no real understanding of what really happened. And from the sound of it, neither did she. Just that I'm okay, maybe try this diet, blah, blah.
I would advise: stay away from this place! Bedside manners were not good either. I'm not surprised by all the other reviews on here!

I called twice on a Friday to make a new-patient appointment, and each time got a recording telling me someone would call me back within 48 hours. Because of the weekend, I figured I would hear back on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon, I decided to try calling back, and once again listened to the recording stating someone would return my call within 48 hours. I left another message, mentioning I’d left a message on Friday and was hoping to hear back. It’s now Wednesday and I’m convinced I won’t hear back today, or ever. I’ve never experienced such disregard for patients as I have here. The doctors might be great, but because of the office and scheduling staff, I’ll never know.

The receptionist (who answers phone) here is very rude. She acts unprofessional and as though she is bothered and hates her job when I asked her typical questions you would ask a dr office like what is the first name and last name of the doctor to check with insurance I had to ask her 5 times for the answer or when is the first availability for appointment (I asked her if I can see another dr sooner and she said you should know you cannot switch back to this dr (I told her I just saw original dr once two years ago and the reason I am asking for another dr is obviously that he is not available) I then asked her to try to find out if anything sooner is available with Telehealth and it was too much for her to handle she said with a condescending tone you have to tell me if you want in office or tele-health, and I told her again I am asking to see what is first available and then decide she said I have other callers on the line and I told her there is no need and I chose to end the conversation) these days there are other doctor offices available and people no longer come to dr office because they are desperate but because of consistent good service, results and reputation (not only doctors but staff as well)

Worst experience EVER with a doctor's office. My wife has been experiencing stomach pain for years. Trying to diagnose the cause has involved waiting months for an appointment, getting a test, waiting months for a new appointment, getting another test, on and on and on for well over a year. The last straw was that she had to wait over two months for an appointment with the doctor to hopefully confirm a diagnosis and schedule a procedure, then, shortly before the appointment, they called and rescheduled for three months further out with a PA. Meanwhile, the severe pain continues. Choose another provider if you possibly can – one who cares enough about solving patient health problems to proceed expeditiously. We're done with them and moving on to UCLA Health.
