I have had them repair 4 devices (iPad, and 3 IPhones over 3 years. Excellent customer service. The last time I had battery and glass screen replaced on an iPhone 5. When I had to return because I thought battery replacement was bad they identified that the new screen they replaced was bad and then gave me a protective screen free. Super awesome! Thank you

John knows his was around apple products! It's great to know there is somewhere you can take your phone to have it fixed quickly, instead of sending it to the manufacturer. I had an iphone6 repaired (home button and speaker) after I bought a used one second hand and it works great, for a fraction of the price I would have paid for a refurbished one form a store. I feel like they went above and beyond to meet my crazy deadline where I needed the phone ready to leave the country the next morning for a study abroad trip. Thanks again guys!

I just returned from iSquad repair again without a fixed screen. I cracked my screen a few months ago and brought it to iSquad repair to fix. The first screen had a mind of its own and launched applications without me touching the screen. So I brought my phone back. They replaced it with the last screen they had for an iphone 5c that had a bubble in the glass, they said that they could replace it with a better one later when the part came in, but everything seemed to work okay, so I just kept it. A few months later the button popped out and there was a small crack by the button. I brought my phone back and this time they said that I would have to pay for a new screen and a new button. The way I understood it, was that the parts were under warranty. I guess the bottom line is that I paid to have a screen replaced and I got crappy parts that are most likely made in China and most importantly they do not guarantee the parts, so I would look somewhere else, unless you want to pay to replace your screen every few months.
