Paula is very friendly and professional. The locks and units feel super secure. I would recommend iStorage to anyone who wants to have peace of mind for their belongings and deal with attentive, customer service oriented staff. Very highly recommend!

I’m not sure what the name of the ‘supervisor’ is, as she called herself, but she calls me every single month on the date that it’s due. She always calls it a VERY important manner, as her tone with me is rude and it’s getting old.

Moving from outta state makes it hard to find a place that makes you feel comfortable however Lacy with iStorage was able to not only make us comfortable but she was very informative about the area. Thank you Lacy for helping us to feel at home a 1000 miles away from home.

I have had a wonderful experience so far here at the 4th Street istorage! The ladies have been very helpful and courteous. The place is very clean and organized. I even seen the girls out pulling weeds along the roadside. I rent with confidence and am very glad that I was able to purchase insurance for my unit.

I don’t think iStorage could have a better employee than Lacy. She knows how to make someone feel comfortable, while explaining all the ins and outs of her store. I will store my great grandparents belongings that were passed down to me confidently at iStorage on 4th street because of her. Thanks Lacy for everything this woman deserves a raise for sure.

Both Lacey and Paula are great to work with and gave me a great deal on my storage shed. Even was allowing to wait till the end of the day to finish the paperwork.

I was able to reserve a unit that fit my price the lady who runs it Lacey was kind enough to drive me to the unit before setting me up and worked with me in dealing with my disabilities. I like that I'm able to go at a later hour.

Lacy went the extra mile and saved me a ton of money. I wanted to pay for a year up front to park my sons vehicle and she assured me to just pay a few months and that was exactly all I needed it for.
