Mid peninsula housing italian gardens apartment. Its very poor management Very unprofessional manager Zero customer service. The way she understand everyone Who live inside apartment cheap And she make herself untouchable. Corporate they need to explain to her how Affordable housing Supported by Federal Government PropertyTax credit.which is taxpayer money. +When someone moved out Instead giving to the people who need Or Waiting list she Providing housing for family members Friends apartment complex. Which is very Unacceptable Illegal by Housing Authority HUD. When Guest or family member coming to visiting tow Away Cars. My biggest concern is there is a company next to the apartment They spraying Gas dusts health Concern they don’t even do anything The next Step I’ll Report county. I want mid peninsula Management coming to investigate This concern.
Looking to moving here in the near future. Took a look around the complex and found it very peaceful, clean and bright!:)
It's a peaceful place, unfortunately i've had my car broken into 3 times and the 4th the car was taken for a joy ride and totaled. I hope the management would bound the apartments.
