4I signed up for monthly tanning, went back to tan again, front desk girl barely looked up to help me, as she told me she couldn’t find my membership! I tanned! She said I could go to other locations! Well when I tried to tan at hilcrest, they couldn’t find my membership. Lady said there’s a note in your file that you don’t have a membership? I’m Pretty sure the Girls at friars location do not know what they are doing! I called to talk to manager, she said her name was marina the manager and let me cancel my membership no apology? Nothing just ok bye! Wow what service? For 87$ a month wow she could care less if I stayed as a customer or not. I don’t think she was really the manager! I guess it’s hard to get good help these days!

Excellent service provided today during the Annual Sale by Phoebe and Jordan! The ladies are knowledgeable of they’re products and services. They are welcoming and keep a very clean salon. I was initially impressed with they’re exemplary customer service to everyone that walked into the salon. I have yet to experience a better deal, or level of comfort than I have at this salon! Thanks ITAN for making my tanning experience continuously great!
