This phone repair shop is fantastic. 100% recommended. They initially fixed my iPhone XS cracked screen in just one hour, and six months later when the screen malfunctioned again, they changed it again at no cost in just 20 minutes. Their service is excellent—prompt, reliable, and hassle-free.

Very thankful to Tony that he fixed the Flexgate issue of my macbook for 250$ when every other store said they have to replace the whole screen for 700$+.

I dropped my MacBook from about four inches high and it kept rebooting itself until it ran out of battery. Tony was able to determine that the touch bar was damaged, and he replaced it for $161.00. It was a fraction of the cost compared to the Apple Store, where they told me I had to get a new hard drive and will probably loose all my data. I can highly recommend this place for their professional service, reasonable prices and fast turnaround.

I Took in a BMW e46 GM5 module to have new relays soldered on. I brought in the circuit board and the relays on Tuesday and the job was completed around noon on Wednesday. When I got the circuit board back. I was amazed at the results. The solder was perfect and very professional. When I threw it back in the car it worked flawlessly. Very happy with the service. I would 100% recommend this shop.

Quick and reasonable repair of an iPad Pro USB-C port. Dropped off a broken iPad at lunch on Wednesday and it was fixed and ready on Friday mid-day. Prices are reasonable.

Smashed iPhone 14. Wasn’t sure it could be fixed. These people fixed it, good as new, in two hours. They were very knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. I live in East County and will go to them with any future needs. They are worth the drive!

Great days can come from horrible situations.
Between my iPhones and MacBook Pro, iTech has performed at least 6 unrelated repairs on my gear, in the last 5 years. Every time I left Tony's shop knowing that I had payed an honest price for the best service in San Diego.iTech does not just provide better iPhone and MacBook Pro repair services than any other repair shops. They provide better service than any other type of service shop.
End of story.

Integrity: If Tony or one of his employees tells me the price for a repair will be $200, when I come back to pickup the item, it's $200. Another example: during a battery replacement, without saying anything to Tony, he placed a screen he installed 6 months prior, because he thought it looked like the display was aging quicker than he believed it should. It was under his warranty. NO CHARGE.

Best-class service: Takes care of the reason I went to the shop, might be my battery or screen that's damaged. He fixes it and usually has three options of replacement: Official Apple brand, aftermarket and less expensive 3rd party option.

Timeliness: iTech tells me it will take a day. It will take a day.

Apple needs to takes notes from iTech.

Tried this repair shop for my dead macbook. Another shop said motherboard needed replacement. I wanted a second opinion. These guys were able to repair it for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

I managed, while triple tasking, to insert a new SIM card, without the tray, into my dear wife's iPhone 8; impossible to remove and install properly once stuck inside. Martin, at iTech&MacBook repair; removed the screen, retrieved the bare SIM card, replaced the screen, and properly installed the SIM card in about 5 minutes for $15.00.can't beat this service.

This place is MAGIC, and the team is truly awesome. Tony and Martin were both so incredibly helpful and kind in helping me revive my MacBook (that decided to shut off in the middle of finals and not turn back on again)!

I am especially grateful for Tony taking the time to speak with me over the phone during the chaos of the dead computer situation. I am also so impressed with Martin's ability to revive my computer, fix the hard drive issue, and have the mac ready for me just in time to return to work.

They always do a fabulous job! Very professional and timely. I took my iPad to have my broken screen replaced. They fixed it right away then told me what kind of case and screen saver to purchase to prevent future screen breaks. I always go to them!
