ITS - Integrated Telemanagement Services, Simi Valley CA

I just spoke with Raquel (she confirmed and spelled it this way, "No "C on my name" she said). I was asking for someone's email to confirm that the AUTOPAY on our account is turned off because we were still billed after we terminated our contract, but she said there's no email I can write to nor she can't email me any confirmation. So I would like to confirm, hopefully someone will reply to me here, that It was indeed turned off and we are not going to be billed unknowingly again. Thanks.

I was taught to say only positive things as much as possible. So, let me say that James, who signed us up was the only responsive person who was helpful to us when he was there but he was let go a year ago. And now based on our recent experiences, we are happy that our contract will be ending soon.
