It's Boba Time, Gardena CA

Sadly I go there about once or twice a week. I think my wife and I have become addicted to Boba drinks‍️
It's typically crowded, but they are pretty fast and efficient in getting your order out. It can be hard to find a parking spot from time to time because there are many restaurants within the plaza, but It's Boba Time is worth the hassle.

The hype is real. I didn’t try something out of the norm. Ok. Place gets packed, there is line outside.

I understand there is a wait but if I place my order online and the pickup time is 4: 15 and I have to wait 25 min more once I arrive to get my order why did I just place it online for I do online orders because I'm in a hurry to get to my other location

Got there 10 minutes before closing and they where not making acai bowl anymore. I was going to buy 2. I drove 15 minutes to the location. Called the phone 2 times no answer. Why have a phone if you won't answer. Can't place an online order 30 mins before closing.

Maybe 3 stars.

Anywho I spent half the money I was going to spend.
I bought 2 drinks and they where ok. I really wanted an Acai Bowl. Those are one of the best items they have on the menu.

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with an expresso shot drove off started drinking it and I didn't taste the expresso so they charged me for it but "forgot" to add it this has never happened to me at other locations I feel like I should be compensated for the inconvenience

TERRRRIBLE SERVICE MAN.for a simple
request to remake a drink. Seemed like it effected the lady at the register personally.bizarre.and I left a tip.such a weird negative awkward experience. Didn’t seal the drink but I wasn’t trying to go back in there. The girls were clearly talking about me. Better to just go to the Torrance location

Worst popcorn chicken I ever had. Precooked chicken. Very dry and tough chicken. They cooked it so many times because no customers and the crunch color is dark and too hard to chew. Never get chicken at this boba place. Only get boba drinks here. Fries are pretty good. I give a star for fries.

Boba is good but last time I went the lady kept demanding me to wear a face mask. And they didn’t have extra masks so how am I supposed to order when you’re requiring something you can’t even hand out. Recently however they have been adding more ice to the boba to cut costs which is understandable but they should lower the prices too as well.

The drinks here are good, don't let my rating make you think otherwise. Sometimes it's just the service.
1. I went once, ordered a drink and a tiramisu slice. The cashier told the other girl to get it. But the other girl turns to me and yells "YOU SAID COOKIE? ". I had said "no, tiramisu" and she says "it sounded like you told her cookie". They then start to laugh.
2. Placed a pick up order. It notified me it was ready, and I still waited in my car a few minutes. After about 5 minutes, I went inside. Girl behind the counter asks me what order was mine. I told her "it's a pick up order for -" and she just turned away. I assumed maybe it wasn't ready. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I noticed my order had been sitting in the fridge the whole time. I walk up again and let her know that my order was the one in the fridge, showed her my phone. She then gave me a face, the drinks and the straws and turned away.

There mightve been 1 or 2 other times but these really stuck on.

I go here all the time but today the thai tea tasted like someone was smoking cigarettes while making it i had several my friends try to to make sure i wasn't tripping

This is my go to spot! Me and my roomates always make time to and get Boba from this place.so good! Especially the shakes with Boba or the Frost Milks. YUM!

Me and my wife went here paid 6 bucks each drink no free refills and our drinks were full of air it’s ridiculous to pay that much and get a not even filled up cup we were so excited to get these drinks and it’s sad to say that’s our last time going there bad service it’s like no one cares in there smh

Good! First time there. Got a Taro Smoothie and some popcorn chicken and they were both great. To bad we can't sit in due to stupid COVID but location was nice & clean.

Joseline gave me the nastiest attitude on earth, absolutely preposterous. I don’t know how you can hire people like this, I waited 30 minutes with my pregnant wife, just for her to tell me “I don’t need it that bad. ” Disgusting.

They gave my order to someone else
So someone came out with free drinks
They re made it but didn’t have any left of the dirty horchata
I’m prego had to watch some female walk out with it
Please make sure y’all check the orders on the phone don’t just give them out

Very inattentive service!

I specifically asked for NO ice on the special instruction and it still came with full ice.

I went back for correction and the cashier just took it back without a word. There were 3 or 4 workers in the back, just chatting so I knew they weren't busy they were just being careless when they made the drinks.

Always long lines so I went to check it out! Got a green apple slushy and my son got a strawberry and lemon one! They are both really good! My boyfriend tried strawberry smoothie and the strawberry Nutella waffle? With ice cream on top with and on top too! We all really liked it will be back to try more flavors! They had a watermelon chamoy one too with candy in it I wanna try it!
