6Dryers weren't drying right when we went. Lots of machines were down. No sings to notify people that they were down.
The jumbo washer did not open after clothes were done. 2 people had to force the door open. The jumbo dryer did not work after I put in 1.00. I told the attendants asked for my money back and he refused to give me my money back. Also saw the attendant while he was working feeding money into the bonus hole machine to win quarters. The owners hired an illegal immigrants to work 16 hours a day at 17.00 an hour with no overtime. And he has to take care of both laundry mats on hatch road.
Don’t recommend. Washers stopped after I put soap, and come to find out the guy (owner) was messing with the breaker. Had to wait 10mins just for my laundry to start washing again…I had to add more soap to my load as well. And one of my loads finished with soap still on the clothes. As I was there, a customers washer finished and he couldn’t get his clothes out so they had to mess with the breaker for the washer machine to unlock for him to get his clothes. No to mention $15 JUST TO WASH because all his machines are either $3,4, and $8. And 75 cents to dry FOR 8 mins, I wouldn’t mind the price if the wash was worth it. But by far, the worst place I’ve gone to wash and very disappointed.
Was a decent place until they increased their prices suddenly with no notice. They cut they dryer time in half and since I'm used to their old prices I didn't bring extra money so I left home with damp clothes. I understand a small price increase but this is enough to make me look for another place. It was good for a while but I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Prices raised $4 overnight on washers and raised. 50 overnight. Based on previous rates these are exponential increases. Used to be my fave and has some of the highest local ratings but it's not worth it now.
Their washing machines will take a dollar more in quarters to 1.50 and quarters get stuck. This laundry mat needs to have in house service to pick up cleaniness of the floor and areas that should be sanitized every hour like surfaces and knobs. Please service your coin intake machines for your washers and dryers. But overall not bad experience.
