I always go here for my amusement park tickets and I have zero complaints with their customer service. Just wish they opened earlier.

You want to take some time off and see what there's out here in SoCal, this is the place to get ticket for attractions at a discounted price as well as get some extra information on what to do.

Twice in 2 weeks part of my order was not in my sacks. The first time I had to go back to get the missing item. The second time I just called and they put it in the book. Very annoying.

Fast service, they know their stuff, and of course the military discount is highly appreciated.

Active duty and government civilians this is a great place to get discounted tickets to local attractions

What happens when a customer enters your door? You help them, right?

Not at Latitudes Travel. We tried stepping into the side offices plan a family vacation. One employee (with no customers in front of him) said he was too busy doing paperwork. The other lady with customers says “but we close at 5”.

Thank you for not being helpful. I advise no use this business and get them off Camp Pendleton. We can’t have “gotcha” business that don’t need to provide quality customer care.

We always love it when we go to Oceanside we always get cheap tickets at ITT with no taxes it's such a good deal people are very nice and polite it's worth taking a drive from Orange county

This place has the best discounts for leisure and travel specifically catered towards military personnel and their families!

I had a great experience with the woman who was helping me, but my husband got a condescending red head who was extremely rude. Instead of helping she just kept pointing at the price sheet and saying "It's right HERE. " In a rude tone. Not a fan. Hopefully they fix their customer service.
