7HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE! 0/10 went in yesterday for a soak off, they refused to use acetone and proceeded to try to drill off the acrylic after specifically requesting for them not to drill it off. The worker tossed a towel with a bowl of acetone and a file in front of me and told me to file them myself and then proceeded to walk out of the nail salon and sat at the bench in front of Dillards. I immediately left because of how unprofessional the situation was handled and how uncomfortable i felt.i will never be returning here again. After i spoke to management i was told they’d “talk” to him but are not responsible for his attitude. So for that reason i will never recommend them to anyone nor will i be returning.
Male employee was super creepy and made strange comments towards my girlfriend such as her not being allowed to look at other men and that she looks like his wife when she was young and cute like what were both underage and I don’t think a grown man should be comparing a teenage girl to his wife when she was “young and cute”
This place is ridiculously expensive charges even to remove old enamel from nails $10.00 they steal easily, a simple pedicure was $47.00 + tip? Stay away from there, is inside El Centro mall by Dogwood Avenue. IV Salon and Spa.

And for the technician to have been doing nails for 18 years MORE like 1 day
They did me dirty and cut my fingers up.they were rough and rushed the whole time
Horrible service! Coming from LA excited to get pedicure here and they treated me horrible. I went and asked for package #4 which was $45. An older Asian woman did my pedicure and started putting gel on my nails without asking me if I wanted it. I didn’t say anything because I thought it was part of the package. At the end she wanted to charge me $62 because of the gel. I told her I never asked for gel and she started yelling at me I did. I told the manager about this and he didn’t really care about it and the lady yelled at me to sit back down so she can remove the gel from my nails in a very rude way. She left me with a horrendous job. Will not be returning.
