I made several attempts to get in touch with the doctor, leaving multiple voicemails that included my name, date of birth, and phone number. Unfortunately, all of these attempts resulted in prolonged periods of waiting without any response. While the doctor is a kind individual, it has become nearly impossible to establish effective communication. I find it increasingly challenging to deal with this situation.
The final straw for me was receiving a letter from the doctor stating that they had attempted to contact me without success.

Dr. Cubas is fine I guess if your case is easy. The endoscopy experience was great! The nurses were comforting and helpful. The experience was as easy as I can imagine it could be. However, after the endoscopy, I was shuffled around to nurse practitioners, and never got a diagnosis. After a year and several procedures, I'm at the exact same place I was. The entire experience was a waste of time and money.

I had an appointment at 1pm via phone call. Keep in mind this is my very first visit and they want it to be over the phone because of the pandemic. I waited and waited for a call that never came through to me for at least 15mins. I gave the office a call and had been placed on hold for over 20mins. Then I figured, maybe it's busy, let me call back. No one answered. Everyone's off to lunch? Horrible organization, service, AND communication. I have yet to speak with or meet with the doctor. When/if I do, I'll be able to give a review that's more based on his professionalism over just the office.
