It was a long process to get in. Glad I did. On Disability and did not know where I was going to raise my child to give him a better future. Chino is an outstanding place to raise a child. Management followed the lease agreement and made sure everyone had a quality experience and a peaceful environment in the beginning, 6 managers later everything changed. They pick and chose which parts of the lease they are going to implement. The grounds were really kept up and clean, but now that seems far from the truth. A lot to do with residents disregarding the lease and management not upholding it. There are residents here that do not think of the residents around them and management does very little or nothing. It makes things hard at times. I am grateful my child is being raise here in chino. My child is thriving in school and it have been such a blessing to raise him in a very nice looking apartment home and the chino community.
