These guys are great and I am not exaggerating. I had to send my winecooler back to them for repair/checkup. They promised me if the problem was theirs they would own up to it. Well, they did just that! A less honest company could have blamed me for the problem and charged me. These guys sent me a refurbished unit which works fine and gave me a credit back for their end of the problem. Integrity is still the name of the game. Thanks Guys!

We received our wine cork holder on schedule and were very pleased with it. We had another just like it, but it was full. Needed another to compliment the original.

The customer service rep I spoke with was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. I love the insulated wine tote I ordered and hope the couple o ordered it for will too! I would have been interested in ordering a monogrammed tag, to hang from the bag, to personalize the gift. I’ve seen that option on other sites, and offer that as a suggestion.

Initially experienced a slight technical difficulty with the webpage not loading for the specific part needed (a Rogar Estate replacement cam and "dog"). I called the customer service hotline not expecting any answer since it was later in the evening 5: 30pmPST. The gent who answered was very helpful - recognized that rooting out the nature of the "404 error" would have taken longer than simply processing the order for me. Could not be happier with the customer service.apparently there are some companies who still believe it is worth something. A+

Amazing support at IWA Wine Accessories. My wine cellar cooling unit stopped working due to an overheat condition. I worked with the IWA customer service and technical team to isolate the problem to being a failed controller instead of a condensor fan issue. Additionally we identified and opportunity to upgrade my unit to the now available quieter fans. IWA was extremely responsive along the way. They quickly quoted me all the items I needed to both conduct the repair and updgrade my fans. Great products and great support. Thank-you IWA team!

Ordered beautiful glasses from IWA. Absolutely love them. Unfortunately I broke one. Gave them feedback just to let them know. They are replacing the one so I have a full set! Didn't expect anything. Great customer service.

I had a very good experience with IWA Wine Accessories. I ordered a Winekeeper for delivery in Europe. There was a hitch in the delivery and I was having trouble communicating effectively with the courier company which uses A. I.for its customer service. I went online to IWA, spoke to Marty, an actual human being manning their help-line, who sorted the issue out within 15 minutes. I would recommend IWA very simply because they respect their customers. I wish them every success.

The person who took my call was extremely slow. There were long pauses without explanations. I ordered personalized glasses and she didn't even ask what letter to put on the glasses.

UPDATE:
IWA has responded and worked to get our situation resolved. We now have a working wine fridge, thank you!

Buyers, be aware.
Ongoing support and repair of the wine coolers IWA sells from France is none existent! We have been trying to find a repair outlet for months from the businesses IWA recommends. None of them work on Transtherm.
We took matters into our own hands by ordering parts that IWA recommended. That took months. And didn't solve the problem.
We've reached out to IWA customer service many times with no reply to order more (hopefully not useless) parts.
They don't reply.
We are very dissatisfied and want to warn potential buyers!
