I recently had a screen door destroyed by a cat, I called J&J, and a very upbeat young lady took my call, answered all of my questions with confidence and knowledge of the process. I loaded up and headed to Lincoln, where I was met with the type of customer service that I thought was long gone in these recent trying times. The gentleman I spoke with explained the process, the turn around time, and was genuinely pleased to do so. I left my door in good hands and headed back to Auburn and about 30 minutes later my phone rang, J&J calling to inform me that my door was finished and available for pick up anytime. Less than a 2 hour turn around, very fairly priced and an incredibly beautiful job.
So if you need screen replacement, door or window work, these people will take care of you and you'll be a customer for life, just as I'll be.
Kudos to y'all at J&J Screen and Glass, the can do attitude, energetic and positively wonderful staff, I thank you so very much for showing me how customer service is, and always should be.
