Over charge just to glue some insulation back to one of the panels/cover. At the end I felt like they just wanted to sell me a new unit.

Thank you to Sam who may have finally fixed my heating unit. He is an absolute delight to work with and of course I always recommend your company to anyone who may have a need for your services. Thank you to J and M for being able to figure out the problem.

We called J and M when during a 100+ degree heat wave in Southern California our a/c went out. They came out quickly and the tech, Bill, was outstanding. He found out the issue in about five minutes and had a repair/cost estimate in as little time. We were concerned we would have to wait for the part or the issue wouldn't be resolved the same day. (life has a way of doing that, right?) Not only did he repair the problem quickly, but he showed
us some tips for better usage and explained why the problem happened and how to avoid it. He also took the time to repeat certain parts when we couldn't quite grasp the technicality of the issue. Very patient. Very informative. Very polite. Not only will J and M be our go to in the future, but we are signing on for the yearly maintenance program in a few weeks. The cost wasn't excessive and again, the problem was resolved extremely quickly. Thanks to J and M and please convey to Bill we appreciate his help and professionalism during a crisis. Living in 100 degree weather with pets is a real problem, and of course it ALWAYS HAPPENS during a heat wave right? Do yourself a favor and use them, you won't be disappointed.

Had three services done. Moved to a mobile home that had mini-splice A/C & Heating appliances and did not know how to operate them, and maintain then. Also needed one of the condensers moved to another more suitable location. The service Techs in both fields of servicing these units knew exacty what to do, very efficient, replaced thermostat and dealt with ease to complete our requests and left us informed and felt much more secure.

J & M technician Robert fixed the air conditioner unit quickly. I thought he was just gonna give an estimate but he had parts on his truck and fixed the problem. The service was great and my home is cool again. Thank you J & M.

Technician was on time and very professional. He repaired what was needed on my 25 yr old unit and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely use from now on

Omgosh, Robbie was the absolute best I was so happy that someone came to my home cared about doing A great job he was Professional & He had a very nice smile, which is important to me because it makes me feel they enjoy being here doing a job that they were called to do. He explain to me what he was doing. Gave me great recommendations. I definitely will be using this company again. And I think he’s the only one I want to come to my house️

Service was good but I never received a copy of my bill even after calling about it makes me think I was over charged!

Two years ago, they worked the outside ground unit A/C and replaced the inside, it never worked right, I paid them $2800.00 they came back two weeks later n told me that it could be inside wall leak n the charged $1000.00 plus dollars, while they had a smile on their face, one of them was one of the top supervisors, the original worker Jason's going to quit to work for someone else cause he was going to be a father n needed more $$$, so I believed him when he said to me the problem was on the inside only. I was ripped off, I'm retired 62 years old. I put a comment like this a year later, I got a message from them they wanted to know the address, never call me back cause um an a fix income can't fix it. My nephew look at it, had a guy stop by, the A/C guy told me I got ripped off, all the other neighbors still have the original A/C n still work, in the summer I have to go to my daughter or son to get cool, Im now 65.

Jason came out and spent a lot of time diagnosing the issues with my older heater. He also returned and rechecked it for me and spent time explaining what was going on with the unit. He was awesome. Good company!

They were pleasant to talk to on the phone Stephanie and then the guy came out and did what he supposed to in a promptly manner and knew what they were doing

My furnace pilot light wouldn't stay lit. So I called J & M in San Jacinto and they sent Jason out to check things over. He's a really nice guy that explained everything he was doing. As it turns out, it took him awhile to find and fix the problem, a old faulty gas valve. The price of replacing the valve seemed high to me but with all the labor that kid put in, and in the hot sun, it was well worth it. His demeanor was friendly and professional and he was even on time. Try getting that with the cable guy.

They are the best. Adrian arrived on time, completed the repair with no fuss, and was a nice guy too. I will call them back!
