5Unethical and predatory. Do not engage in any sort of conversation, or business with them.
If you get a call from Inland empire industrial tool & supply.
Hang up they are scammers.
They say it's free and don't mention anything about a 30 day policy.
Than they bill you for $500+ and if you don't pay they send you to collections and your credit score gets affected.

Scammers stay away from them sending packages that you’re not even aware of.
WOW What a bunch a of scammers
They NEVER mentioned anything about return window, then they are saying it is too late for a return.
The representative is very rude and disrespectful and looks like he has "ALL the answers" way before you finish asking your question. Feels like they have calls like this often enough to understand the nature of the business.
BTW, never used the products but feels cheaper than Harbor Freight Tools
Package never opened and I never ordered ups miss placed and now they are charging 500+ for something or more that I never seen or used telling me I can not return something that I never used please don’t buy they are scammers selling really expensive tools that are not worth a dime
