Great customer service. I received cleaning product that was damaged during shipping. They had the replacement shipped the next day. Highly recommended

J Racenstein is the best ever! I've been getting supplies for my window cleaning business for almost 20 years. I continue to because they have such great customer service and equipment. Jenny is the most knowledgeable person ever. Kyle, the owners son, is so helpful and kind. Lance and Katlin are always very friendly. I just can't say enough good about stuff about the people there and in general. If I could give them 100 stars I would!
