2 Jacaranda Park is located in Chula Vista the the Otay Ranch community, just minutes from Meadow Park. This park has a small playground, grass area, a half court basketball hoop, plenty of benches with shade, beautiful Jacaranda tress throughout and a small community Give and Take library box.
The playground features a huge slide and double slides along with a climbing net and climbing equipment. It’s a fun little park to
enjoy a quick park trip and let the kids run freely.
Street parking is available, there are no swings & no shade above the playground.
No bathrooms but Meadow Park is at a short distance and does have bathrooms.
What should be a nice park located in the heart of a family friendly neighborhood is actually a magnet for misbehaving teens in the area. Every single time I take my son here to play, we inevitably leave early to get away from the loud swearing, inappropriate teasing and fighting that always happens. It sucks.
