I had a terrible experience in Dr. Oates's office.

I attempted for 3 months (multiple calls and emails) to get a contract and appointment information from both he and his receptionist.

After months of poor communication on their end, I told Dr Oates I would be seeking treatment elsewhere.

There were billing disputes in the midst of all of this.

I would not recommend this office.

Worst experience ever he would cancel visits as soon as I would get to the appointment no consideration to give me a call and let me know. He also brings his dogs to his practice and they pee and have hair all over the office. Just a very inconsiderate person. He didn’t even finished his service

The staff and doctor was very patient and understanding my concern. I really recommend getting your braces done here. My teeth was so bad and not only that I got straight teeth I got my life back.

Great doctor. Loads of helpful information. I appreciate that the doctor is a perfectionist. This is very important to me. Most other doctors just give you the fastest treatment to make your teeth straight in order to get paid but they don't tell you that you have to correct your bite as well that could pose problems later. The quality of experience is worth the visit and the treatment. If you want someone experienced that actually takes the time and effort to make sure everything is done smoothly and correctly, then you've come to the right place

Doctor Oates and staff are the best. They really understand how to take care of your teeth and having fun doing it. I could not recommend Doctor Oates more. Has done wonders to my son’s teeth

A great Orthodontist like Dr. Oates requires an all star team, Yachiyal & Kristy are the assistants behind him making my treatment and office visits very pleasant. I am in the early stages of my treatment but it's been nothing less than AMAZING.

Dr. Oats knows what he’s doing. Very thoroughly explains to make sure you understand what you need and why. The free diagnostic imaging they offer is top of the line and would cost hundreds elsewhere. The staff are all amazing and friendly. This is the place to go if you want to get the best bite and smile possible!
